Quality of equipment isn’t great. Stretching mats are so damaged that they should be thrown away and replaced. Two stars because of the large selection of equipment but wouldn’t go back.EDIT to add/reply to owner reply:I appreciate that you have many people who have the opinion that the gym is great and enjoy the equipment you have. However, I found that the cable attachments, specifically with velcro, were so worn that the velcro was rendered useless. Several of the machines by both squat racks were rusted where the adjustment handles are making it almost impossible to adjust the equipment. As for knowing how to use the equipment, I do Physical Therapy for a living with a great passion for fitness, so appropriate use of equipment was not an issue. I was in town visiting, however after this reply I don’t think I would return regardless.

Great gym for all ages...young to old, there is something for all ages or experience level. Green room is great for crossfit to crunches.

As a diabetic, I joined FitCo to improve my health and A1C. Thanks to my trainer, Heather, my A1C is now 6.7 and my latest lab work is excellent. Heather is the best trainer I've ever had.

STAY AWAY! Was with flex for awhile and had no issues. When it changed over I was told my son was too young to go. So I said no problem but I’m not under a contract so I’ll have to go sign up for another gym that will allow him to go with me. The girl says no problem I understand and apologized for the inconvenience. So that’s what I did well little did I know the horrible ownership of this place would drag it out another 3 months of me paying going back and forth with them and Paylocity to get it canceled owners were to much of a coward to even get on the phone and just tell me flat out that they were gonna screw me. Made the poor girl up front do their dirty work.

My family and I have enjoyed working out here for almost 3 years now. Has everything we need plus child care in the mornings and evenings. Clean equipment and friendly staff.

Signed up for personal training beginning of this year after my husband left for basic. Heather has helped me conquer my gym anxiety tenfold!! Love this place and couldn't imagine going anywhere else

Super nice stuff no judging you or anything like that. you are able to flow through your workout the way things are set up. The atmosphere is awesome, and the staff is awesome. Heather is the bomb and will push you to your limits and knows what she is doing. Awesome awesome person and trainer!!
