Absolutely DISGUSTING that you charge owners to take their pets home after having them put to rest. It's sick that you care that much about making money, that you're perfectly fine with taking advantage of people that are grieving. You don't deserve to be in practice.

Never in my life have I heard of a vets office charging to take a body home after the animal has passed away. Best way to show you care nothing about animals and more about money. People are already upset about the loss of an animal and now have to pay 45 bucks just to take them home. Disgusting!!!!! ???

Friendly and caring staff. Dr Gadd is a great vet. They have taken care of our stray cat that showed up at our house a year ago and was on deaths door. He is now a beautiful healthy cat. Wow, what a year makes with great vet care and a loving family.

Awful experience. After our dog was abused by another local groomer that created great anxiety, we were recommended to go here for sedation grooming. We called, approx $60 for the grooming and $60 for sedation. Great, we were willing to give it a shot. Gathered his up to date vaccine records and went.Upon arrival we were informed we ALSO had to pay for:Blood work for sedationOffice visit for sedationFlu vaccine for all visitsBoarding ( even though he wasn't staying longer than to be groomed. Honestly how can he get groomed without being onsite)Approx total $400We received a call they weren't sedating him.Pickup $369 for a non sedation grooming. Ultimately just to shave him down, nothing fancy. It took a bit, finally talked them down yo $250 to shave a dog with no sedation, no blood work, no office visit, no boarding.Criminals. Further investigation is pending on their billing practices.

Today was my first visit to Gadd's and I couldn't be more pleased. The ladies out front were very pleasant and professional. I know my cat is in good hands.

Charged me over $900 for them to not do what I asked them to do and for them to do everything pediment animal hospital did already even tho records were sent, since the dog ate a little they said it is getting better they will not do the surgery even tho 4 other vets said different. That amount of money for little to nothing to be done it the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard and will never bring my animals back here due to little care and them thinking they can charge unnecessary money for nothing being done. Very unhappy with the service given and very angry at the price.

My dog was sick and her regular vet was only doing surgeries that day. Someone recommended that I see if Gadd's Animal doctors could see her. I was a little skeptical b/c I never taken her anywhere else except her Vet for over 10 years. I called Gadd's and they scheduled her an appointment the same day and they took very good care of my dog Sasha. The staff was friendly and the doctor was friendly, knowledgeable, and attractive.

They take great care of my dogs and horses! Cannot say a bad thing about them! Staff is friendly and helpful and treat your pet as if it was their own. My dogs were excited to see everyone when I bring them!

Amazing care and professionalism! By far the best vet's office I've been to in the last 20 years of owning animals and this was a first visit. We drove an hour as nobody else could service our skinny pig aka hairless guinea pig. We were very impressed and appreciative of the staff and Dr. Gadd.

I advised not dressed or familiar with area so not likely. She made appointment for today 9 am. I arrived about 8:37 am filled out paperwork and was taken in at 8:49 am all charges were explained and had x-ray done. OUT at 9:14 am !! Price is what took other star if could combine lower prices with service provided they would really have simething.

HORRIBLE I highly don’t recommend Gaads Animal doctors of Gray. We payed them $322 for surgery for ym cats broken leg and they said that’s all we would have to pay well, we brought my cat Mia up to the vet cause it’s been a week, we drop her off, come back to get her and they wanna say we gotta pay them $158. They won’t let me get my cat back now until I either pay them $80 or 158. So they asked me if I wanted to surrender my cat or let them board her until we get the money which they will charge $27 a day. So they are now keeping our cat hostage from us. Don’t go here !!!!!

Excellent care, professional treatment, and emphasis on WELLNESS for animals is a priority here. My cat actually looks forward to his visit, and they have helped with emergency situations too.Additionally, the vets support our Animal Services personnel in the county.
