Dr Jennifer Proctor recently came to my home to help me with my dog Buck. She is a very caring professional doctor who immediately put me at ease even when the circumstances were serious and Buck had to be put to sleep. It is apparent that both Dr Proctor and her assistant Shelby both love animals and will go over and beyond to help the pet and its human know they are getting the best care possible with love and tenderness included. Avoid this vet at all costs. We were attentive for the years when our pet got an eye infection. I called the office at 9 on Tuesday and asked for assistance. I was told they could make an appt for us in MAY (two months away). I reiterated that it was an eye infection and couldn’t wait. I offered to email pictures if they could just give us assistance, we had a pet in pain. They called me back and asked for pictures to be texted to the doctor’s cell phone. I did so around lunc

If you're looking for affordable quality animal healthcare this is the place! Prices are more than reasonable and they don't try to force or Up-sale services not needed or requested. I called a vet close to me who wanted $265 for the same thing this vet quoted me $65 for all because they said it required a full physical! I ended up paying $165 because my baby had an ear infection and needed heartworm test and meds...which I inquired about myself. Will definitely drive 20 miles out of my way again to use them!
