This bank I'm gray says they've had a shortage on cards since last year. And bc I need a new card I have yo wait 2 mf weeks. I can't wait to my next and last overdraft and just leave them. Even online banks give you an temporary card until your permanent card arrives. Sincerely K.M.A. robins

Put a hold on a paycheck for $117.00 for 3 weeks, like REALLY NOW!! Didn't have an issue depositing the first couple and now suddenly one that's less than those hafta be put on hold.. I'm sure Ingles will be glad to know y'all don't trust their money.. And I only gave it one star cause ya can't do half ones..

Credit Union in Gray,Ga is making their members wait outside in the hot heat while no one is inside needing help with nothing they have teller inside just sitting there looking saying they can’t help assist with opening up new accounts but don’t have any peoples that need help. Beyond the worse bank I have ever deal with. They make sooo many mistakes never take what you tell them and apply it to your account every single thing that has to do with your account is up to the person setting it up or dealing with it at any time. I would never recommend them. Especially not the gray branch. Completely unprofessional and extremely rude. They hurt people more than they do anything at all. ??
