I hit a small animal with my Audi A4 and it severely damaged the front corner and grill. The parking sensors stopped working (which requires me to take the car to an actual Audi dealership) and it was all dented up. Mo and Byron went above and beyond in not only restoring my car to exactly how it was, but also their customer care. Everything was explained very straightforward and I was given a printed breakdown of the exact estimated costs which left no worries of hidden charges/fees. When I went to pick up my car, I was absolutely amazed to find that they had somehow managed to also get the sensors to work!!! (An additional $600 I would have been charged if I took it to the dealer). Kars Auto didn’t even charge me anything extra for that. Also, they only took 5 days to order new parts and get it all fixed up. Such humble, caring, and trustworthy people. I very rarely write reviews but this one really deserves it. I was blown away!!!”

“Shout out to my guy big Rod!! The first day I met him I dropped off my truck with him. His personality & character made me feel comfortable with him & I’m very picky on who I trust with my cars. He charged me a price I couldn’t say no too and promised me my car would be safe with him. He’s the man of the people.We had a few hiccups, and misunderstandings along the way but we spoke like men and got everything right. His work is excellent. I Will be bringing my other cars to him. “Left a message on a Friday and after an hour just drove on over. Abel was an angel of mercy and jumped right on it. I had about a gallon of water in the wheel well on the driver side. He did several tries at spraying water to find a leak but couldn't find anything. He concluded that it must have gone through standing water and leaked in that way. He pulled the plug from underneath and drained it all out and DIDN'T CHARGE ME A DIME. Wow.”
