What a great friendly bank. The education they give you helps simplify loan information. Will Phillips makes the experience very simple I highly recommend.

I'd leave zero. Tried to get cash withdrawal. I gave the lady my driver's license a Georgia weapons carry permit and a pilot license and she told me that it wasn't enough proof of identity. Plus only let me get 5000 dollars at a time.

The worst bank I have ever dealt with, they always find a way to charge you a overdraft fee, I tried out renasant bank because all the traditional banks have a way to nickel and dime you, Renasant bank charged me a overdraft fee of $36, my account went into the negative by $1.50 because of their ATM fee, I will be closing my account ASAP

I'm incredibly disappointed in Renasant-Grayson and my lender. My family has banked with Brand Bank for over 30 years and had nothing but positive experiences with them until Renasant took over. In the last 2 years, we have had more problems and terrible customer service. The final straw just occurred when I trusted Renasant to submit my SBA loan application on my behalf. I spent hours ensuring my application was filled out accurately and all supporting documents were turned in prior to the program beginning on 4/3. Somehow they failed to submit my application (a "15 minute process") until 4/15, after all funding for the program had been exhausted. We cannot get a straight answer on what happened, but regardless of any given excuse...Renasant screwed up and now it is at my company's expense. My family will be moving all our personal and business accounts ASAP to a place who actually will deliver what is promised.

Had a couple of small issues since Brand was bought out, but overall they have been fine. I was surprised I could no longer do everything on my phone, some things can only be done on a PC. No problem getting customer service. They only wanted to give free checks once but talked them into another. Be sure to call your local bank, not the main phone number.

Ever since Brand Bank was bought out by Renasant Bank it has been the worst experience. We can't reach a local person for help, when you call for assistance they can't make descisions and forward you to the local branch's voice mail. We have no number to call the local branch and speak to a real person. The online bill pay is terrible, the mobile app is sub-par, service is non-existent. We will be closing our account as soon as possible.

Everything was fine when I was with Brand Bank for 16 years. Ever since the switch, I have had nothing but problems. I cant transfer funds between accounts or access anything through the app or online. I have already been to my local branch to fix the issues... TWICE. Forget calling customer service. After multiple attempts and holding more than 45 minutes I just hung up. I am closing my account today. What a joke!

I`ve been banking there for about 7 years and the staff their are very friendly. On my 50th birthday they called just to say happy birthday. And that's something you've never heard other banks do. Yes, i was shocked when the call came in at first, but it was wonderfuI surprise.lol.. I always feel very welcome.

I don't get the same treatment others get when I go there. They always give me this look and ask me questions I don't get asked at my other banks. You have my phone number.
