I was referred to CBA, by my usual garage, because their timing belt/water pump guy had recently left.
I like talking to one guy who tells me what's wrong and how much it'll cost,, and getting the work done in a timely manner.
That's not what I got at CBA.
I got numerous texts. I got an email with an inspection report that was confusing and overwhelming.
I had heard CBA was pricey, but I didn't expect an estimate of $1,560 to ballon to a bill of over $1,800. (Though they did back it down some after I complained.)
Other folks may like them, but they're not for me.

I recently had to get my front and back brakes both replaced pretty abruptly. We all know how much of a punch to the gut it is to have to fork over an arm and a leg at the drop of a hat in this economy, but this entire experience with CBA was surprisingly nothing short of pleasant and wonderful! They were incredibly friendly, kind and warm to me. I usually feel very guarded and anxious when dealing with anything car related, especially when I cannot have a man with me to help me understand… not here. I felt comfortable the entire time, they explained everything to me in detail, gave me time and space to decide what I could and couldn’t afford and were upfront with the work that needed to be done // could wait.
Overall, I’m willing to pay a little more if I know I’m going to be treated like a friend instead of a number. I trust their work, their employees and I’m impressed with how far advanced this business is compared to any other car service I’ve ever worked with! Thank you, Christian Brothers :) I will be coming here for everything from now on!!!

I love my 2004 Subaru Forester and don’t want to ever let it go. Christian Brothers in Grayson made sure I could drive it happily for many more years when they were able to repair the air conditioning. They had to order a piece which took a few weeks to come in, but when it did, some kind soul got right to work on it and it was back home that afternoon…blowing nice cold air once again.

Had a fluid change, emissions inspection, and major front-end work done. Jason provided good advice, and very helpful service. The work done was a quality job and delivered as promised. Kudos to him and service personnel who did the work. If you need automotive work done, this is a good place to do business with.

I brought my vehicle in to CBA Grayson for air conditioning repair and had an outstanding experience. The shop not only handled the repair with care but honored my 3-year/36,000-mile warranty from previous maintenance done there. On top of that, they worked with my Care+ warranty to cover the remaining parts, turning what could have been a $3,000 job into just a $200 deductible!
Kevin I. was my service writer, and he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He kept me updated every step of the way and truly went above and beyond. I was even given multiple complimentary shuttle rides home—something you don’t see often these days.
CBA Grayson is a trustworthy, professional, and customer-focused shop. Highly recommend!

I happened to drive past Christian Brothers and decided to stop in—I’ve used them before when I lived in Virginia and had a great experience, so I was hoping for the same here. Not only did they meet my expectations, they exceeded them!
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome. Jason was awesome - super friendly, funny, and genuinely helpful. He listened to my concerns and got me scheduled for an appointment the very next day.
When I came in for my appointment, the check-in process was quick and smooth, and they even set me up with a shuttle ride home. I got updates throughout the day on my car, and Jason even helped me out with a totally unrelated question—seriously above and beyond.
Everyone I interacted with was kind and professional. As a woman, going into a repair shop can sometimes feel a little intimidating, but that was not the case here. I felt respected and well taken care of.
Definitely planning to come back—thanks again for the great service!

They were absolutely amazing. They had a meeting the morning of my appointment but still found time to give me a ride home. The explanation at the front desk was very thorough explaining my services and what I needed. Definitely A+.

Jason and his staff were exceptionally knowledgeable concerning my husband's 2004 f150, the next day we had our Camry in pulling to the side did it diagnostic hit it right on the button great staff be back again
