The teenage girl has an attitude. Also, I showed a picture of chrome nails I wanted. And they kept asking me what color base I want. I don’t really know much about nails so I told them to put whatever they suggest would give that look. They put a very inaccurate color first and I wasn’t happy with the look so they just kept getting mad at me and each other. I ended up getting an ok look at the end but not what the picture shows. Also, don’t stare at the receipt while someone is tipping / signing. It’s bad manners.

We have gone to this shop on and off for a few years. Prior to Covid I was going fairly regularly for sns nails. After Covid I went in just for pedicures for my daughter and I. Recently I decided to get acrylic nails and while most of the people are very friendly the young girl who completed my nails was not very friendly at all. I had chosen color and my daughter was saying you should get a design. I asked the young lady what designs could she suggest. She said you have to show me picture. After that she wasn’t very polite, even when I paid. I guess I expect eye contact and thank you. I tipped as well. I like the other people so we will probably go back but after today I’ll give another salon a try. Oh, and she didn’t even put oil on my cuticles at the end.

I have been a customer for years but I will not be back. My last two visits, the nail tech (who must be new) cut my toe to the point of bleeding. She didn’t even acknowledge that she had cut me. Additionally, at my last visit, the massage chair wasn’t working. Instead of offering to move me, they fussed with it and I stopped complaining. Sad. I won’t share a photo of my toe - I have just today been able to wear a regular shoe. (7 days later.)

Kim is amazing she is a burst of energy and super talented. I was just in a week ago and normally my nails last more than a few weeks however, this set started to lift. I called in spoke with Kim whom did my nails along with her dad Charlie. Not only did they fix my nails free of charge, I gave Kim free range to design my nails for my up coming trip and she did a wonderful job!!!

Sorry but no. I paid for manicure and Pedicure. The man 'barely' scrubbed my feet, he put zero effort into it. Next the young lady named Kim - whos in Grayson High School, because I asked to make small talk- she wasnt having it. No personality. Spoke excellent English. She procedes to do my manicure and never put cuticle gel on NOR did she put my hands in cellophane! She went to polish and wasnt even goimg to put a basecoat on! I said hold on- her Mother came over and explained they 'didnt do that' WHAT?! I wont be back ever, not a professional place at all! Avoid this place!

THE BEST NAIL SALON EVER!! Tammy owns the salon and she does nails too! Shes such a hands on, personable boss!!! We have been going here for 7 years and they are always friendly and attentive. The best pedicure you will ever get omg and they offer cold beverages cause they care! Great prices. Support local and come here! And dont forget to tip ?

This place is a hidden gem in Grayson. Nail salons are all over but it is one thing to come in and feel like you are family. I walked in (it was a Wednesday) I was serviced immediately. I was looking for a neutral color and I loved how they made sure I was getting what I asked for or if temperature of water, etc. was too hot. I especially loved how they treated their seniors. I don't know if senior discount day LOL but they made sure everyone felt welcomed and cared for properly. Also reasonable prices! I will be back.
