This was my first time coming here to replace all four tires, and I found out about this shop through Amazon. The staff were very friendly—from the service advisor to the technician. I’d like to recommend this place to everyone.

I have been taking my car here for over a year. I am absolutely thrilled with the level of customer service I receive from everyone. Spencer goes above and beyond to explain to me what’s going on and why I need certain services. They never force you into an upsell. I’m always pleased with the work the techs do on my car. Need a tire repair, Stop by & met manager Spencer, I assumed was the manager, he was unable to do any repairs because he was short handed he was very nice & asked that I come back next day, gave a time. They were the nicest crew. Taylor did the repair he answered my other questions very pleasant.I plan to have some small repairs done. I will bring my car here.

I had an appointment for 8:00 a.m. this morning and they already had two other 8:00 appointments. I was in an extreme hurry due to my son being discharged from the hospital. The workers had compassion on my situation and did an excellent job with making the necessary repairs to my car and getting my car completed in a reasonable and efficient time.

The service at this location has always been great; however the waiting area and restroom are filthy beyond belief. The waiting area seats are soiled and the management and staff seem’s to act like this is normal it’s not. This Goodyear’s is near my home; however, I might have to take my business elsewhere because I deserve better when I patronize this location. I deserve a clean waiting area when I pay my hard earn money to have my car serviced. On a scale of 1-10 for service I will rate them a 9, but on sanitation and cleanliness they rate at a zero(0). I gave them 1 star because the zero option wasn’t available.

Craig is incredible. I always come in looking for him. He’s been taking care of me since 2018 with all the cars I’ve had. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else.
