Joe in the crew are absolutely wonderful to work with. I’ve been in there several times this last week trying to decide on what to get and I’m very pleased with the treatment that I got from everybody in the store. They got great music playing in there as well. Keep it up guys.

I met with Joe and came up with a design to have my ring made into a pendant. Ruby did an amazing job and can’t wait to show it off. Everyone I met was helpful, polite and I never felt rushed. I will continue to use them for ALL my jewelry needs.

After shopping, several of the local jewelers I landed on Grayson Jewelers. The owner inside was very knowledgeable on the craft of jewelry and repair felt very comfortable with him and his jeweler that you could see from the counter working.
I have had my grandfather‘s ring for about 30 years. I’ve never been able to wear it because it had an open back to it. It was always very uncomfortable to wear because it was very sharp.
They were able to fill in the back size it correctly, shine it up and completely restore it. And I do mean completely restore just in case you didn’t get that the second time they completely restored it.
I highly recommend them as not only for jewelry repair, but this will be the place that I go to buy jewelry for my wife and myself in the future. Very knowledgeable, great staff, and they know their stuff. They have earned and I do mean earned my business

Went in yesterday to sell an unused watch. Joe came highly recommended and I had to pleasure of shooting the breeze with him about watches for a while. Really pleasant guy and the staff were super nice as well. I’ll definitely be heading back to his store if we ever need to source or sell something.

Grayson Jewelers did a phenomenal job on my ring project. They made it exactly like I asked them to, and it is beyond beautiful. They were super friendly, my ring is amazing, and I even got it back a bit earlier than expected! Thank you so much Grayson Jewelers!

I had a great experience with Grayson Jewelers today. They are friendly and inviting as soon as you walk in. I had some watches that neeed new batteries. It didn't take very long and the prices are very reasonable. Their inventory is very nice also. I'll definitely be back the next time I am shopping for jewelry.

My first experience with Grayson Jewelers was to get my medallion tested by the Diamond tester. Everything was great and the staff were very polite. I went back for a cleaning and got the same hospitality. I do highly recommend!!!!

Top notch experience! Joe and his team designed a beautiful ring for me based upon a screenshot I brought to them, using the small diamond solitaire from my 33 year old engagement ring. They were very kind and took a great deal of time creating exactly what I wanted. A+ for Grayson Jewelers!

Always get my Pandora needs at this store. Never had an issue, until I went in with my Pandora Me charm bracelet to see if they would fix it because a clasp broke. After being told it clearly got snagged on something meaning they will not repair it (purchased less than a month ago) because it is not “normal wear and tear” but then very cheerfully chimed it “if you’d like to replace it, you could just buy a new one”.
Was so excited for that bracelet and there goes $100+ down the drain and was not expect that from them.

Great staff. My ring was complicated and took a few tries but they got the job done and fits perfectly. Had to get the order rushed and worked with me. Overall, highly recommend ?

I have shopped here for years. I have bought all my Pandora bracelets for my granddaughters from them. I have also bought my fiance's engagement ring from them also. Always GREAT service, and prices. I highly recommend them.

We took my mother-in-law’s ring in and had 2 beautiful pendants made. They were very helpful with design ideas. I’m so happy with my new necklace! I’ll be back for some earrings.

Grayson Jewelers is the only place our family has gone to for years. The owner Joe helped me in a ring resizing and resetting. It was complicated and started with the cutting off of my wedding band. Joe carefully cut between the inscription. A couple of years ago he also reset my Mom's diamond into a necklace for me, I was hesitant because it is hard to trust people these days. He showed me with the eye piece how to recognize my diamond. Their work is impeccable and all of their staff is amazing.

If you don't like the bad reviews STOP ACTING BADLY! I dropped off a bracelet to be polished and Joe scribbled the weight of the gold on the receipt ....IT WAS ILLEGIBLE! I corrected it, IN FRONT OF HIM! He said, Very Sternly, "Don't write on the receipt." I said, it was Illegible! He said, "I know what it says." I always write it twice, once on yours and once on mine." Seriously...you have all of these reviews questioning your honesty and you make a SHADY COMMENT LIKE THAT?!!!! Write it where it can be read on your copy because that is THE LEGAL ONE when I come Back to pick it up!!! He did a Beautiful job...but now I am left to question his motives. I am NOT THE GIRL to play with with my family jewelry. I will NOT be back
