Sent me the wrong title, would not send me the correct one even though it was not my fault until I overnight sent it, just for them to send it to me to where it won’t get here until the day before the temporary tag is expired, the DMV here in Florida is closed on Saturday , very disappointed

Wow! Loved not being pressured-- able to drive many different vehicles as much as we wanted-- narrowed our options down, and drove them again. Cliff took great care of us and I love my new ride. Thank you Cliff Walter for all the help!

Website is very inaccurate. This place does not do financing. They want cash. Some cars looked like they have been sitting for a long time. Rusty wheels and sagging tires.

Beware! Looks like an upscale used car dealership but same as all the rest. Not great in negotiating and touts alot of 'original, one owner'. Regardless, all used cars need to be test driven alot and a good mechanic to test it out. Purchased a Nissan rogue and within 4 weeks, discovered it had expensive transsmission issues. Learn from our mistakes. Trust no used car dealership, even this one.

My dad brought his car A 2007 Kia Sportage from here. I was incredibly impressed with the service I decided that this would be the place that I buy my car. Fast forward several years I purchased a 2008 Mazda tribute. The staff is friendly and informative. They give you a chance to get to know the car no pushy sales person breathing down your neck and no haggling the price on the Window is the price of the car. Highly recommend you get financing through a credit union to make things easier. I was pretty much in and out within an hour. It was a small issue with the rear driver side passenger door not opening that I discovered on the test drive they gave me the number to their mechanic to have it fixed at no cost to me. Sorry for taking so long to write a review I’m still loving my car. (And look past the negative reviews. They give you for freedom to take your car to whatever mechanic to be inspected they are upfront and honest. Majority of the negative reviews from people who didn’t take the time to do their homework on the vehicle they were buying)

This place has awesome people. Ignore the "Karen" reviews. Josh went above and beyond to call of duty to help me...I wasn't an easy customer. The vehicles on the lot are all nice also.

8.26.22 Called several times with no answer and could not leave a message, so I just took a chance and went there hoping to check out a vehicle I'm interested in. Mike was so nice. I was able to do a test drive. Only 4 stars because no one was there to make the sale but I'll go back as advised. I hope to change this to a 5 star.

Wish there was a way to give negative stars. My family came out and test drove a vehicle this past Saturday and when my husband called this morning to discuss price Cliff told him he was insulted with our offer and hung up on him. My husband called back and Cliff answered again. My husband let Cliff know that the initial call was the most unprofessional exchange with a business he had ever had. Cliff proceeded to tell my husband that our offer was $3,000 less than their sales price. Cliff, you might want to remove the KBB fair purchase from your own website if you are going to sell vehicles for more than they're worth.

Avoid this dealership. I bought a 2010 Hyundai Veracruz in June 2021. Within the first week of ownership I was told the catalytic converter was shot, the codes had been cleared somehow. Much worse however was the catastrophic failure of the engine with a bad crankshaft, a $13,000 repair in this car. Sign the sold “AS-IS” document with this dealer with fear and trembling.
