Lesha was good but she wants to do the cut per her wish. This kind of attitude irritates customers.

I hadn't been to go get my hair cut professionally in several years but the stylist (I think her name was Candy?) did a great job, listened to my concerns since I have very thin hair, and helped me decide on a cut that is very flattering, stylish, and that I love! She took her time and I didn't feel rushed at all. I used the online check-in and had no wait time either. Good service, friendly conversation, good pricing, and a great haircut. No complaints here!

Took my 10 yr old here today for a trim. Unfortunately we had a horrible experience…. Right off the bat; the hair dresser was on her phone when we walked in and asked us to wait while she finished… she came back in and called us back to her station and then had the call on FaceTime! Where the man she was talking to could see me and my daughter. She did hang up before she started the hair cut, but that alone was incredibly unprofessional.After I told her what we’re looking for in the hair cut, she proceeded to cut. After some time I heard my daughter say something about the blow dryer being really hot. A few minutes later they were done and my daughter came to show me and was trying not to cry. I couldn’t hear her when she whispered what was the matter and she wanted to leave. My daughter suffers from anxiety so I tried to hurry out of there. I went to pay the hair dresser and she asked what my daughter said….. I told her I couldn’t hear her and left. Outside my daughter began crying and told me the hair dresser burnt her ear with the hair dryer. While I was talking to my daughter, another hair dresser came out and asked if everything was ok. She saw my daughter’s ear was really red. She apologized and told us that next time we come in to see her and she would take half off a haircut. She went back in and I thought for a minute and my daughter continued to cry. I went back inside and asked for a full refund and advised that it was completely unacceptable that this occurred…. The other hair dresser helping me was patient and kind. And I appreciated her help.After all this, I realized the hair dresser NEVER apologized to my child. Did not show any empathy. But as the other hair dresser was refunding me, the one who burnt my child made it clear not to refund the tip we gave her. Priorities I guess.

Pricey hair cut, cost has gone up in the past year

The hair dresser did not follow instructions, she basically did what she wanted. She asked what we wanted and then just went ahead and did her own thing. We had to go to another place to get the cut fixed.
