Vegetarians beware!!! They do not frequently restock or clean the aisles, the vegetables are especially a disgusting sight! I have gone to shop several times, yet have been met with spoilt rotten greens, fruits, dead garlics, dead gingers, badly burnt rotisserie chicken...to mention just a few.
And I have had to repeatedly call on the restock guys to take out spoilt produce and to fetch me fresher ones from the stock room. I have determined to never go back here, because the last time I went, I couldn't buy anything, because there was no single fresh green.

Check out kroger's sushi section, it is really good. They also have Teriyaki bowls, chicken and veggies.

First time coming here, (not my normal korger) and saw atleast 15 flies from the moment i entered up until the meat section - i didn’t even continue my shopping with yall because of how many flies this store has!!! Literally so gross.. 1-2 is whatever but that many ?! Dead flies in the meat section, saw a fly on the meat which was either dead or eating it. Idk but yall need to fix that cause EW

Y'all Need to swap back to metal carts. I have been going here for years and never got a cut, but the plastic carts manages to cut my finger so badly, I had to reach into the pack of toilet paper and keep myself from bleeding on the floor. Other than that this place redeems 1 star from the good deals.

Last Friday, I went to my usual pharmacy to pick up my prescription, a place I’ve trusted for years. However, this visit made me seriously consider taking my business elsewhere, all because of one individua. As soon as I approached the counter, her dismissive attitude was evident. She spoke to me while chewing gum incessantly, the sound piercing through the chaos around us. I was tempted to ask her to stop. It felt incredibly unprofessional and was quite off-putting. The entire atmosphere that day resembled a circus, with no one showing any concern for the disarray. When I thanked her for assisting me, she replied, “have a good day.” Perhaps she was just having a rough day; we all experience those sometimes.

The pharmacy at this location is beyond incompetent. I was told that a child with medicaid had to pay $200 for a asthma medication, they didn't know that the medication was not an nasal spray but an inhaler. If you do not know the medications then you should absolutely not be working in a pharmacy at a tech nor a pharmacist. The pharmacist also stood and let him give the wrong information and never once came behind to correct. Absolutely would not waste my time or money at this location!

I had a pick up a carry out order from Instacart, , somehow while I was picking up my order, there was a glitch in the system. I talked to the managers about the issue. The managers attitude overall was understanding and emphatic . They were very proactive and professional. The problem ended up getting solved. Hands down best customer service!!!!!!!!

Visited a few times and still not a fan. The store is not the cleanest. The produce area specifically, lettuce and fresh produce areas is not clean at all . I’ll make the drive to Publix.

When at self check out don't make it obvious your watching black people if I need assistance we will ask for it don't stand therefore I'm going yo steal out of state customer for 12 years and work for a catering company that spend a significant amount of money

I visit this location most frequently, and it's easy to see why. The location is convenient, with ample parking and easy access. Inside, the store is always clean, well-stocked, and organized, making it a pleasure to shop. The staff are friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or needs. There are plenty of checkout options, both self-service and traditional, so you rarely have to wait long. Additionally, the prices are reasonable, the product quality is consistently good, and there are always plenty of coupons available to save even more. Overall, Kroger is a fantastic place for your grocery and essential shopping needs.

First off, the store itself is easily 4-5 stars. This review is specifically for the self checkout attendant Negist. She actively ignored me when I pressed the button to call for assistance. After waiting a few minutes - and after she had turned her back to me - I walked up to her and asked her for assistance. We then went on an adventure down to where I had gotten the item in question because she didn't believe me that it was the last one. There, another employee gave me the answer I needed while Negist continued to ignore me. I have never met anyone as actively unhelpful as that woman. She should not be in a role that puts her anywhere near customers.
