I really wanted to love this place. I only get my nails done whenever I have a special occasion coming up and I expect it to last for at least 2 weeks. The shop is close in proximity and some of the staff were really friendly. On Friday, Adam did a great job on my toes. The man that did my nails wasn't as engaging. Nails looked great when I left, but the following morning, after spending a little over $100 including tip, they started to chip...badly. By Sunday, they were extremely chipped on the right hand. Every.single.nail. I've never seen it happen. By Monday, the left hand was starting to chip. Pretty embarrassing as I was headed out of town on Saturday, so had to walk around with brand new ugly nails. Went back for repairs. She was nice albeit in a rush to finish and so the nails ended up fat and bulky. I certainly never expected to go back and sit for a whole hand+ of repairs. I tipped her another $10, as it wasn't her fault. But after I left I realised she missed 2 nails on my right hand!! Anyway, it was more trouble than it was worth and sadly, I won't go back. I need it done right the first time.

I’ve been a regular at Parisian Nails for 5 years and I would never go anywhere else. I love Lee, Leon, Andy, and Nancy. They provide excellent customer service and my nails always look amazing. I’m very particular about my nail shape (almond with a pointed tip, not too short, not too long) and they make sure it’s right every time. The pictures below are of the SNS manicure I received yesterday. They do accept walk-ins, but I would highly recommend making an appointment.

I go to Lee monthly for my nails, and he does a wonderful job! They never chip or break. I get SNS on my nails and I am very happy with his work. Staff is friendly and funny! This is Sheila, not Sam.

I was here Saturday for a manicure and while Leon ( who did my friends nail) was great. Lee was not. I received a nail bed infection. Lee was way too rough with my cuticles and nail bed.
I had to go to urgent care and receive 10 days of antibiotics .
Please please consider before going here or at least before having Lee do your services.

I want a refund on my last transaction I went in there to have a $50 manicure that was chipping within a week fixed. Then asked for a similar design and instead of using a base coat to ensure the chrome wouldn’t fade or crack they literally used chrome with no base color and instead of admitting that this new “fixed” manicure was done cheaply he took my money instead of telling me he didn’t paint them the way every other salon would have. That was my last visit to this place I will not be returning but I do want a refund. I thought it was weird that he wasn’t going to take my money he bit upon walking out I realized why I hold my hand out and yall I can see through the acrylics I can see through the chrome. So so disappointed.

Usually when I get my nails done, it will take three weeks, but it’s only been two weeks and my nails are lifting up. I had two different shades of acrylic on my nails. He put one whole shade on my nails to take away the ombre effect I do not like this place and the lady was so mean to me during my toes, so maybe because I was African-American

Leon is great! But make sure you stick with someone who’s good.I let someone else take my nails off and give a manicure and even though she was so sweet and we had a great conversation, I’m paying for it next day. The underneaths of my nails are all cut up, a few swollen and it’s really painful. I’ve never seen someone after soaking my nails in acetone slowly pull off the acrylic by cutting at it with clippers and using a fake nail to try to pry underneath to pull it off. Not only was it a long process, but it was painful and ripped my nails in certain places, so I walked out and noticed they were cut, so I went back in and had her just cut them short. And even short… they’re so uneven! I’d post a picture if I could figure out how, Plus I was overcharged. I’ve had multiple bad experiences here, but only continued coming because of Leon’s customer, service, kindness, patience, and understanding. Very hard to find in a nail tech.

First time at Parisian nails. The staff was nice and it was clean but the SNS and manicure received left me very disappointed. My nails did not even last a week and the concerns I had with the tech gluing down the nails properly and making sure enough SNS was on the mail when performing the services was a valid concern. Because in the end my mail came clean off just slide right off my finger . The other SNS nails are also on their way as well detaching clean off the nails. Also seems the manicure was not preformed well due to I have hang nails and areas that were not done well. Images show nails not even week later with cuticles that’s were not fully manicures and SNS looking dated and breaking off certain sides of nails which causes the mail to loose and slide clean off not breakage .
So yes the staff was nice but my tech did not properly clean the cuticle during manicure or properly install the SNS on my fingers which left me with missing nails on my vacation now. Where my hands look awful due to area there openings due to SNS not properly installed . So I can not repair my nails till I return back from vacation . So again nice staff but would not recommend due to this is maybe worst nail
Job I have received before . Maybe he was tired and not feeling well but I just would not recommend . No if you are a frequent customer they seem to take more care with them . Due to I had two people start and leave me during trying to get service due to a long time customer walking in . So they immediately dropped everything to service the returning customer . I waited patiently twice to get my device completed but for the wait the result was disappointing

I have to say that I finally got the detailed service that I love. I'm bad at names but I think it was Tulie and Mindy that took care of me. Excellent job!!! Tulie's spirit made the atmosphere friendly and welcoming. I will return. Believe me when I say that I have frequented several++ salons and this is the first one that I will return to. Great job and very thorough.
