Ms. Felicia was a huge help in my decision to get a storage unit at Public Storage. She took a great deal of time and patience showing me different units until I found the right size for me and my belongings. When I tell you Makayla was the best customer service I have received at any storage place I mean it from the bottom of my heart, and the cleanliness at 1785 Grayson Highway is Phenomenal.She talked me through everything even though I did everything online.Im happy to be storaging my things here and she made me feel ok about my decision.THANK YOU BEAUTIFUL ❤️
