Incredible Customer Service at this establishment. I was looking for a new storage unit and I was greeted by Sven. He went above and beyond to make sure my needs in a unit were met. I highly recommend coming here if you need a place to store your belonging and you’re in great hands if you have the luck of having Sven assist you!

I came in to get some information about a unit here and I received by far some of the best customer service ever from Sven! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions I definitely look forward to getting a unit in the future!

I was in need of a storage unit and was moving soon. I came in and was greeted by Sven and felt like I could trust his word. He was very patient, understanding and helped me with all my needs. The area is kept pretty clean, I can very much recommend this location to store your belongings.

Tabitha, at the Grayson location, was amazing every time we came up to our unit. Always so friendly & chipper! She always brightened our day just seeing her smiling & her being so courteous & helpful! I hope you have more jewels like her in your organization! I love this public storage the worker you have named Deshonta has great customer service, she was very respectful over the phone, answer all my questions as well, and gave me a tour of the place as well when I came in. I was so happy that the place was so clean and as well and I had no wait time as well. DaShonta is a wonderful worker, she is very great at what she does. She also has great customer service. I love how the bathrooms are always clean, and how the storage hallways are always clean and smell good. I like how when I ever need help with anything she will always come and help me with no problem. Her customer service is so on point and she always always filled with great energy. I would love to come back here and rent again with y’all because I love great workers like DaShonta she was very helpful and respectful with my move-in and my move-out. Thank you public storage for everything.
