“Had a smooth experience renting a moving truck from this Penske location. The staff were super friendly and got me set up quickly — no hassle, no delays. Just a heads-up: this spot is a bit hard to find since it’s tucked away on a dead-end road off Cross Pointe Way. Make sure to double-check your GPS! Once you’re there, everything runs like clockwork. The moving truck was clean, reliable, and perfect for the job. Would definitely rent from here again!”

“The location in Dacula provided a great friendly service. Equipment was available, functioning and clean. A very convenient location but the Uhaul online app is horrible and difficult to use. UHAUL must look into serious improving the checkin process. It looks and feels very half heartedly designed and causes customer an unneccessary grief. Its unintuitive, slow, and confusing”

“Nothing as far as my experience.They were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this location. I do feel like the road/pavement area where the Uhual equipment are located need to be paved due from the many pot holes but just so no car or trucks gets damaged but that’s it. As far as overall experience in how they handle customers are excellent.”

I reserved online, showed up, and was on the road within minutes, the handtruck and moving blankets I rented were all ready for me in the back of the truck. The truck was in great condition and performed perfectly. Excellent customer service from start to finish!!”
“I had a great experience with this U-Haul location. I needed a small truck and The walk-in registration process was quick and easy. They had plenty of trucks available in inventory, so I was able to get exactly what I needed as a walk-in (on a Wednesday morning near end of the month). The truck I had had a backup camera within the rear view mirror which was helpful. I was also able to get a hand dolly for $7. The representative was polite, professional, and helpful throughout the process. The truck was decent on gas for a v8. I drove 42 miles and only needed to put in about $7 worth of gas (at about $2.80/gallon) to get tank back to where it started out. It also had two 12 volt accessory outlets and a 120 volt AC prong outlet. Drop-off was just as smooth and convenient. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing a truck rental!”
