Please just be you. The team that assisted me today from the beginning to the return of the vehicle was very professional with a customer service at global standard. Very knowledgeable. The team went the extra mile to help me with my cell phone which couldn't link pictures with U-haul website. That was really awesome.

U-Haul website and signage on the building itself says that they are open 9:00 a.m. on Sundays. That is not the case. No answer and no one there for a U-Haul reservation pickup. I called a couple of times each hour and still no answer. Don't even bother, pick another location!

Our truck was ready for pickup took debit cards let us keep it 2 extra days longer. Close to new home . Was able to rent a tow dolly reasonably priced. Truck was clean. In and our fast due to reserving truck on line. Employees friendly explained everything. No surprises. Return was easy and fast. Very pleased.
