I would give her zero stars!!!! DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION AT ALL!!!! I MEAN DO NOT USE!!! This location was my dropoff for July 5th. I returned the truck back early on July 4th. I was advised by domeone in the store that I could leave it and drop the key off in her drop box, I did so. Before I left I took a pic of the gas and mileage. The next day I see a charge of $58 for gas. I called and asked why was I charged I left the tank at 1/4. She told me no I didn't and say I'm not going to argue with you. Remember I have a pictur!!! I go up to the place, calmy at first. Asked to speak to whomever was in charge of the uhaul. It was a older lady. I asked her to look at my pic and tell me if this is not at a 1/4. She refused to, told me she not no gone argue with me and I wasn't there at checkout. I had to remind her that uhaul states you don't have to be there. You can checkout online. She still refues to look at my pic. At this point I'm mad. She kicks me out and threathens to call the police on me. I call corporate on her and the situation. I talked with a specislist, explained the situation. I had to send him the pic of the mileage and gas. As he stated YOU SURE DID LEAVE THE GAS AT THE CORRECT SPOT YOU WERE SUPPOSE TO. ALL SHE HAD TO DO WAS LOOK AT YOUR PIC. Charged me for nothing. She was hella rude!!!!! Corporate issued me a refund. SHE WAS WRONG!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!!! TAKE PICS FOR PROFS AT DROPOFF!!!! SHE IS HORRIBLE!!!!

Worst experience negative 5 stars if i could. For starters my preferred location got changed 30 minutes out from originally where i requested, 2 days before my moving day. Then i called back the day after just to confirm that location and they told me oh no, no trucks were available ( so they just was gone have me pull up there asking for a truck like a fool had i not called. Then told me the location got changed to Decatur. A few hours later got another call saying no trucks were available there and that I would receive a call in the morning of my move in. ( didn’t receive a call had to wait on hold getting transferred from line to line just to finally get in contact with a manager that scheduled me a truck in Grayson. ( 30 minutes out from my preferred but had no choice but to accept at this point with movers on the way.) the location was an antique shop with a man there that seem to have no interest in helping. The app doesn’t want to work to check in and check out. And on top of that nobody mentioned there was an extra day charge of $40 at the time of paying and reserving so i got charged another $70 on top of all the hassle they took me through. Safe to say never again I’ll pick my furniture up on my back and carry it down the interstate before i stress myself out with this company.

Very nice people working there, trucks were clean and drove well. 5 stars for them and uhaul, but as a warning, a lot of your experience may depend on you and how open you are to driving a big truck. Great establishment.

I was assured auto transport was in working order . Drove 1 hour away to the middle of no where and loaded my vehicle saw it had broken straps . I then payed a taxi to and from a parts store (nearest was 30 mins away) to be able to make something work to be able to get home. I payed an adittional 130 for taxi fees and a set of high load straps. Submitted a concern and no reply yet 2 days later.
