The customer service here is horrible. I dealt with a young man at this location this morning. He came across angry and spoke to me like I was one of his little friends. It seems like he was forced to be at work. I love to see young people working, but they need to be trained in customer service.

There are two young men that work in this UPS store that are brothers and they are amazing. The old owners were rude and made you not want to patronize their establishment. No more - they appear to be gone and possibly new ownership because I am greeted with a pleasant smile and gracious attitude everytime I go in this establishment now. Kudos to these two young men for their diligence and hard work. It is not going unnoticed.

Poor customer service I shipped 6 boxes average size 15 x 12 cost me over $260. I requested fragile be posted on the boxes. I was promised they would be labeled with fragile because he didn't do while I was there. They were not labeled fragile and one box was ripped on the side with some of the context taken Not a happy customer. Poor service at this location.

Do not rely on them to help you with troubleshooting. Nice staff, but under qualified for their position. I had sent out a monitor that went missing and was unable to file a claim, as I was directed the store had to complete the information and form. Unfortunately, after numerous calls and emails, no one was able to complete what I had requested. It was always halfway done with half of the information requested. It couldn’t be done on UPS My Choice either. I had to call someone I knew who worked at a different UPS store, in a DIFFERENT STATE, to complete my claim. An absolute mess.

This used to be my go to place for shipping packages out of state. But here recently the new kids they've hired either don't know how to do their job or they are thieves. I have 2 packages being shipped out of state & the tracking #s can't be found in their database. Customer service can't help, the store is on snow hours & closed early after being closed the day before for MLK Holiday. I haven't even checked my Amazon package to see if it's been returned.
Calling the store doesn't work, no one ever answers & I've sent an email as well but haven't gotten a reply.
When you see folks in the news attacking workers it's probably for things like this. A lack of concern for your customers will eventually drive you out of business. There are other options for shipping & other UPS locations to support.
Update: I phoned again & spoke with the manager on duty. He was very apologetic & took ownership of the situation. My nephews received their packages a day late, but everything was there. I do understand the weather is something they aren't able to control. I will use them again because the young folks working are courteous & this has never happened in the 3 years I've been using this location. Communication is key & I thank all of you that come to work & try to make a difference!

I recently visited the UPS Store to get some documents notarized, and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Asiel. He was professional, courteous, and made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. His kindness and efficiency truly stood out, and I left feeling confident that everything was handled perfectly. Thanks to Asiel’s outstanding service, I’ll definitely be returning to this location for any future needs. Highly recommend!

I was sending off two wrapped presents to a family member. I had the store package them up for me in a box. I don't know who runs this store now, but the kids working there don't know a single thing about making sure a package is secure inside the box.
First, he wanted to box it up without any paper or peanuts or bubble wrap. So I told him I need some type of package material in there to make sure it doesn't get messed up during shipment. Dude just draped one layer of bubble wrap over the top.
So before I got too irate, I told him to go back and do better, put enough material in it so that the gifts aren't rattling around on their way to California. Finally he put more bubble wrap in there. They told me they didn't have any package paper or peanuts.
Save your time and headaches and just go to USPS or FedEx, this store used to be good back in the day, but who ever owns it now, just tossed 3 kids in there that don't know the first thing about shipping items.
