BEWARE!! TLDR: the Supervisor here is rude and has an attitude problem because they can't do their job competently; avoid Grayson Post Office; and don't change your address in this zip code and expect to receive your mail forwarded to you in less than a year.SMH. Do not change addresses and expect this post office to efficiently handle your change of address forward!! I placed an address change in June and it's now almost mid August and I still have not begun receiving ANY mail for my business. I have filed research requests and complaints and each time an employee would call me from this Grayson post office, they would each be absolutely CLUELESS and stuck on stupid as to where my mail is. No one has any answers as to where my entire lot of business mail is and it's been a WHOLE 7 WEEKS!! On top of that, the "supervisor", Lewis Robinson, called this week and had a whole hissy fit, got his panties in a bunch, when I explained what I had been through trying to track down my mail, questioned him as to the location of my mail, the actual forwarding process and how no one knows where the mail is. His rude attitude was immature and unacceptable for someone in his position. However, it makes sense, if he is leading that post office. The quality of good leadership flows downward...and it is quite obvious that this post office lacks organization, professionalism and reeks of ratchetness. Great job at being a horrible supervisor, Mr. Robinson!! Ya'll got ONE JOB: DELIVER MAIL. ONE JOB. Just horrible.

Henry and his co worker were very professional and patient helping my husband and I. We wanted the cheapest method of shipping some items and they were very helpful. This is our go to post office because the customer service is fantastic.

The supervisor at this location gives horrible customer service. Was really short with my elderly mother! Could not answer her questions and insulted her in the process!! Wish I had been with her at the time I would’ve set him straight!!

Twice this month my packages have delivered to someone else in my neighborhood.Last month and the month prior, someone else package was delivered to me.This post office has serious issues regarding attention to detail when delivering packages.

A PKG I was told had an insufficient address and was sent back to sender was at the post office after all and an apology was made for all the mess I had been thru.

For what its worth the location serviced a much smaller population at one point and is being tested at this point, take that into account. I say it services what it can at certain levels given circumstances throughout the day. Shout out to Henry, best customer service!

I mailed some bills at the Grayson PO on the 3/1 and as of today not one has reached its destination. When I went to inquire about this on 3/8 the supervisor told me they were relocating distribution centers and all the mail is now backed up. So the PO does one thing, delivery, & they didn't prepare for such an event? It's just my "tough luck". I then asked him what I was supposed to do about my missing mail? His response "starting paying all your bills on line".They obviously DO NOT CARE. I'm officially done with the USPS.

People have a tendency to leave harsh ratings due to one bad experience but those same people never leave a good rating for many positive experiences. I rarely have to mail things but whenever I do I come here. I’ve only ever had Henry assist me and he is always fast, has a good attitude and is pleasant to deal with. Thank you all for servicing us!

This is a quick and friendly location just off the main highway. I have always had a good experience here. Sometimes there is a line during lunch time but it moves along pretty well.

Went here on a Friday and the service was A1. The two black male clerks got us all in and out. They had multiple service as going on at once: money orders, priority mail orders, postbox issues and they handled all very professionally and efficiently. Even though there was a Libra they made sure to greet all customers entering and made I contact. Great job gentlemen.

I am forever being told that I should receive a specific piece of Mail…Medicare card, drivers license, bills…they never show up. Get off of your phone and pay attention to your job.
