Pick up photos I ordered online. They were ready for pickup in lightening speed. Both young guys working at the time we're friendly and helpful.

My Walgreens is always a fun place To Shop and I believe if I ever left this area, I would drive to this Walgreen. The associates are so kind every single time I’ve been here and I’ve been here more than 70 times since I’ve lived here and every time without fail, they treat each customer politely professionally and personally

This Walgreens really needs to get it together. They need to have prescriptions ready on time when they tell you that the prescriptions will be ready! Also, if you call the automated system and it says that the pharmacy needs to reach out to the doctor, chances are they won’t do it until you show up to pick up the prescription when it’s supposed to be ready - just to be told that they still need to reach out to the provider and they don’t know when it will be ready.

Maybe today was just a bad day for the pharmacy… Fun fact, the call will cut off after 10 minutes. So after three calls, getting put in hold and then getting cut off, I drove up here (while still on hold) to talk to someone. I hope you can do just everything you need to online & have better luck than me!

Don’t waste your time with prescriptions at this pharmacy. Their local policies (not those of Walgreen’s) are keeping medication out of the hands of those who need it (amid a nationwide shortage, I might add). Forego this pharmacy and find one that actually cares to do its job: get people the medicine they need when they need it.

My daughter had 4 teeth extracted and needed an rx for pain and antibiotics. I stressed to them she was in pain and to please do it as quickly as they could. They told me 40 minutes. I go back and it is not done and they cannot even find the rx I gave them. Now they tell me 40 more minutes. They never entered it. Incompetent and careless. I will be changing pharmacies.
The only person who did their job well tonight was Anastasiya.

The pharmacist on site today was extremely rude with me and my dentist office. I got my tooth pulled and tried to drop off my prescription for a medication. But because my dr messed up on the address she refused to help me . She also refused to take the call in order for my medication that I need. She shouldn't be allowed to deny me my medication after the Dr office called her. She was rude and over talking me and I never want her dealing with my medications again...

This pharmacy should be closed. I have watched 5 people be turned away as they expressed being able to give them their medication.
Please use a different pharmacy. I'm making a malpractice report.

Made appt for flu and Covid shots for my husband and myself. We checked in with the QR code on the counter. Thirty minutes after the first appt , we find out they do not have our check in despite an auto confirmation. They were also taking people back based on check in and NOT by appt times. A person had been waiting 40 minutes past her appointment time while walk ins went ahead based on the “list”. It is a mess. Confirm they have your QR code check in as soon as you do it. What’s the point of making an appt and doing this online if pharmacy doesn’t use it?

Pharmacy very dis functional would not recommend unless you don't mind incorrect amount of medication filled and having to come back multiple times to correct the issues.
