“Let me share my experience with Jimmy Britt Chevrolet. I found a very specific optioned Sierra Denali that Jimmy Britt had on their lot. I live 5 1/2 hours away from the dealership and that was originally going to be a problem because I had a vehicle I was wanting to trade in for this truck. I contacted Jimmy Britt about the Sierra and from the first conversation to the very end the customer service was top notch. Antonio a salesman from Jimmy Britt Chevrolet answered all my questions about delivery of the new truck and any questions I had about the vehicle and so on. Through the entire purchasing process he was sending me tons of photos and videos of the truck, even took me on a virtual test drive through a video to see how the truck drove on the road. The purchasing process was fairly simple and I can attest to saying that they aren’t the typical dealership trying to sneak in add-on packages and upsells. They were very straightforward about the truck’s price and condition from the very beginning. Talked to a manager from the dealership and he made sure the purchasing process went as smoothly as possible. When it was time for the delivery they did drive the new truck down to me and it arrived right at my workplace without me having to even travel. The drivers Frank and Nancy Prescott were super friendly and just had a few documents for me to sign and then we’re on their way. Can tell they took care of the truck on their way down because they had washed it and they didn’t leave me on an empty tank of fuel either! Between the entire team at Jimmy Britt Chevrolet from Antonio, Nathan, Brad, Frank and Nancy Prescott I am super pleased with my purchase experience from this dealership and will be coming back when it’s time to get another vehicle in the future.
