“Horrible, upon pick up I asked the young man to call me by name. He was offended and felt that calling me ma'am was better than calling me by my name. He was very disrespectful n felt that his grandmother's raising in him to call people ma'am meant he was being respectful. He had all my info n credit card n could not call me by my name. I'm very concerned that it was an racial disrespect. I didn't know that calling people by their names meant they were human! Now on my return the young man was plasent n addressed me by my name n was a breath of fresh air. I might use then again as long as I can do business with a man with his attitude! The car was good but not what I expected.”
