There aren't many options in this area. This store has most items you'd need, at a decent price. However, you have to be careful with expiration dates. Publix has better products and is more upscale, but you will have to pay more.

I like Ingles’ prices better than Publix but I wish they had more high end items and had a vibe closer to Trader Joe’s. I’d like to see more organic shelf stable items and interesting sauces for cooking. I still go to Publix when I’m going to cook something gourmet. Ingles is great for every day items.
