They prorate when moving in. They do not prorate when moving out. Gives the opportunity to double charge for the same unit. Will never recommend this place. Shelby was always polite. Paige is rude.

I wouldn’t trust to store my precious belongings anywhere else. The property is well lit with security cameras throughout. It’s always clean and well kept. The staff members are helpful and knowledgeable about the best units to fit your needs.

This storage facility is clean, very convenient, and safe! They have security cameras and lights everywhere! When I rented the unit from Paige she was super friendly and I’ll definitely rent from them again!

I went in tonight with my husband to eat here and they put us in a lower level seating where I felt like it was dark . I asked the waitress if we could sit in one of the two open seating next to the window . She said no we do a rotation on seating people . What!!! Sounds like you care more about the waitresses than the customer . I have been in the service industry all my life and can’t believe you can’t make your customer happy with such a simple request . So if I was the next customer that walked in I could get it but I couldn’t when I requested ! Wow ! I totally lost my appetite to eat . My husband went a head and ordered a Sandwich. I told the manager about this and he said he had heard from the waitress and agreed she was wrong . The waitress never acknowledged me being upset or that she had made a mistake . Our bill was a sandwich and two beers . If I was the manager I would of comped it and said come back . You would of taken a mistake and turned it good for you and the restaurant . They would of gained business forever . Instead I will never be back . Lost two customers forever . . Sadly I have been coming to this place since the place opened . This was poor training of a waitress and also a manager on how he could make it better . I am also in the customer service world and I can’t tell you how many situations we turned and gained clients forever . I told the manager I wanted the owner to call me and no call back . I also called the restaurant and could not leave a message. Poor

I was chewing up my chicken salad sandwich and on the third bite discovered something was in it. I was afraid to pull it out for fear of what it might be, it turned out to be a flat piece of plastic. My husband took it back to restaurant with the plastic piece and a very nice male manager apologized asked if I wanted something else and my husband said she has lost her appetite. He said no problem I will give her a free meal next visit. 5 days later we return and the manager remembered. When the server brought us the ticket they charged me for my sandwich. My husband explained what he was told by the manager and the owners daughter came over and said he does not have authorization to make those decisions. I will never eat hear again and I will tell everyone how I was treated. We we’re not expecting both our meals to be free. BEWARE they do not honor what they tell you and apparently only the daughter and her mother can make the decisions

I have been leasing a storage unit at Oconee Mini Storage for well over a year. What a great secured location and always great service. Mrs. Jennifer is always available by phone and makes the process very easy and convenient!

Somebody named Haylee told me that a storage unit for $50/mn was reserved for me at the Watkinsville location. I tried calling them for weeks and left voicemails. No one would would return my calls after the 2 conversations that I had with Haylee. We showed up hoping to talk to someone in person. The office is very hard to find, we never located it. There is no fence protecting the units. The place looks like it is run down and out of business. Several of the units looked burglarized or abandoned. We had to find a new storage unit asap. I recommend Todd at EZ Storage of Madison. We found them because they are open early, the units are new and protected with a fence and a gate code, the owners are nearby, their customer service is amazing.

I've rented at a number of storage centers, and none of them compare to Oconee Mini Storage. It's clean and secure. I've always felt very safe when entering my unit at night. I've never had any problems at this facility.

I've rented at a number of storage centers, and none of them compare to Oconee Mini Storage. It's clean and secure. I've always felt very safe when entering my unit at night. I've never had any problems at this facility. I've been renting from Oconee Mini Storage for several years now. They get their extra stars from me not just for being clean and safe, but for SERVICE. The staff here are helpful, eager and responsive. They are also surprisingly flexible, if you have special storage or moving needs. Always available by phone, text or email. If you need storage in the Lake Country area, this is the facility for you!
