Soon to be my new banking location. Very nice bank tellers and there was no waiting. Very clean inside and out.

I made an appointment for 2 o'clock to purchase a CD. I was told the only person who could help me went to lunch late & would be back soon. I waited patiently until 2:30, she still never showed up. I went to the teller & closed my account, by 2:40 she still had not returned. While waiting, I found Truist had a better rate. I left there and opened account with them. My time and money was not important to them so I took it elsewhere.

My 86-year-old mother has an account with Wells Fargo and we are in the process of moving to a location near the Greensboro branch. I had ONE simple question to ask so I called the branch. I know the question I have cannot be answered online, but I suppose in today's world that automatically prompted them to give me an automate message geared toward individuals with disabilities. Sometimes we just need to speak to a representative. Well, good luck on that. It took me several tries before I was FINALLY connected to "Sigmund," who seemed completely incapable of listening or answering a direct question. He was much more interested in transferring me back to my original branch or to anyone else. I asked, "Who's the person who opens new accounts?" and he said he couldn't give me a name, I'd have to make an appointment. It appears that is absolutely NO regard for peoples' time and certainly no appreciation for the fact that my mom (and her mother before her) have been loyal customers for years). I never did get my ONE simple question answered and just wasted half and hour I can ill afford to waste. We'll be transferring her money to another bank, one that will 1) speak with you in a timely manner, 2) open an account without making you have an appointment, 3) can answer a simple question, and 4) appreciates our business. Horrible experiences with this bank in general for years.

Kimberly Jackson is a wonderful banker - we call her Action Jackson! She listened to our problem, took quick action, worked with other Wells Fargo components is a competent fashion, and helped solve our problem. We really appreciate her help.

Made an appointment… saw an agent come in & said I don’t have an appointment with her, another agent.. asked to wait… (she then assists someone who doesn’t have an appointment!). Go to teller & she says she’ll be with me in a few minutes; helping out because low staffed.. waited 5 more minutes & left…Contemplating removing my accounts with them…. ZERO SERVICE! There are several other bank in the area who are much more welcoming!

Absolutely terrible service. Came in when we had an appointment scheduled and let someone take our spot. While another woman working there in the next office over was staring having a personal conversation instead of helping a guest.

Just don't. Slow. Not very knowledgeable employees.Worst Wells Fargo ever. Always an issue. Every single visit for anything other than a drive thru deposit.

My branch is Duluth but recently moved here. Not a lot of branches here so I drive from Eatonton.I do 90% of my banking online so I seldom make the trip here. I've had good experiences each time.My only problem is the limited access to the property.

Rude employees. My father-in-law has banked here for many years. He 83 and doesn't do anything on line. Any bank has to be better than this branch. Finally got him to consider using a different bank. The way they treat him should be considered elderly abuse. Maybe wells fargo should have stayed in other States. I've lived in 13 state's and this branch is the worst, by far.

Don't listen to the bad reviews. I just had the smoothest banking experience handled quickly and friendly by the staff. I would guess the bad reviews are customers just being idiots. Stay cool you guys!

Customer service is terrible. I understand covid-19 may have a small effect on staffing, but it is inexcusable to have to call this many times with no answer. In the rare event that they do answer, they only give you direction for online self-help anyway. What is the point in having actual staff, if you have to do everything by yourself? These employees definitely do not care about their customers. I am really considering switching banks.

Worst branch ever. Since Covid even worse. Banks need to be open! ATM needs to work. Get it together!
