Got in a car wreck and they towed the car to Yearwoods tow yard. Mary in the office was very nice and polite and a very big help due to my mother's situation.

So…spent a bunch of money on a nice set of tires. Had yearwoods auto put them on. No issues off the bat, but the NEXT day I was about to go to work and one tire was completely flat. And the opposite tire was turned inward. I took pics and called them. They had me bring it in and they figured out the issue. The valve stem. Now correct me if I’m wrong but typically when you get tires put on, the stems get replaced. Tell me why they failed to change any of them and the excuse was that they were metal. Um hello? You’re supposed to check the tires for leaks after you install them!!! Not professional but I do appreciate the fact that they fixed it.

I brought my truck to this shop to have new tires put on. While they did get the tires mounted, they didn’t even bother to balance the wheels, which is basic and should’ve been part of the job.
I came back today because I was told they could do two small installations for me—
wiring my wheel lights and converting a button into a switch. I had to be dropped off because my ride had to leave, so I waited there for over an hour. The truck sat untouched for seven hours, and after all that waiting, the guy finally told me he couldn’t even do the work… they definitely mislead me. Nothing was done to the truck, and my time was completely wasted.
Really disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism. Won’t be coming back.

Eric from Yearwood's towed our car quickly after a blowout on the interstate. Fantastic customer service and he provided transportation to a local hotel while my car was being repaired overnight. Highly recommend!

The owner is pure garbage he called me a gyspy and I ain't no gypsy but that's racism either way. Anyone that does business with him is just as big of a loser as he is.

Johnny saved our bacon. We broke down on Highway 20 and when no one else could help he sent a tow truck that dropped us off at a hotel and had our water pump replaced by the next afternoon. Wonderful friendly service all at areasonable price.
