Would give zero if possible. Rented a bed, Late delivery , broke a support when installing and didn't tell anyone, overcharged us two months in a row three times the agreed amount overdrafting our account, and when they were supposed to pick back up and called saying they were on the way I tried to make it easier on everyone and took down the bed and moved the heavy thing onto the porch myself so they wouldn't have to deal with the dogs barking . A week and several rainy days later this eyesore is still on my porch with not a word from aarons. Absolutely pathetic excuse for a business

This location is the worst at customer service which is basically their main job is to provide great customer service to get customer to rent items the manager of the store cares less and is very rude as well as employees that work under her w the exception of Tim it’s best if they ever allow you to get an item which is like pulling teeth to make payments on line and don’t deal with this location personally

Ridiculous service ! Was told to get a delivery this morning and took off work to be home. I called at 1pm to check and was told it will be after 4pm. It’s now 6pm and still no delivery or communication.Management is a joke, Items are sold as brand new and are used. Definitely the last time I did business with them locally. Never had this issue with Jonesboro Tara Blvd.

This fake supervisor they got she don’t know what she is doing I was trying to get something new in replace of something new she said I could do it gave me a delivery date and all said they was gone be here at 4pm it’s 4:53pm call up there and asked about the delivery they say the man is on break really so why would you give a time at 4pm and he go on break at that time they have a supervisor who don’t know her Job come to find out the supervisor who is over her said that I couldn’t do the trade so when was I gone be notified about me not being able to get what I wanted apparently never good thing I called after doing all the extra stuff I just did cause I’m thinking I’m finna get my new stuff and I’m not poor communication skill

I was pleased with the former SM, it was a nice older man when I picked out my purchase. I only had an issue with the delivery men that delivered our couch. I had to lock up my dogs before they would even get out of the truck, then they were in such a hurry they did not put the whole couch together like they are supposed to, it was a sectional, I had to finish putting it together. Then a few months later I was a late on a payment just a few days, because of personal issues & I explained it to every person that blew my phone up daily & gave them a date it would be paid. The new women SM was very rude & disrespectful and just wanted to arrange to pick it up. Which I really don't mind because it's a very cheap made couch that is definitely not worth over $4,000. It's honestly a rip off leasing from them. The new SM needs to learn how to talk to customers and show some respect. The company can thank her for losing another customer, because I will be finding a couch from another business.

The customer service was terrible. The employees were acting as if the were trying to hurry me up out of the store. And the woman I was speaking with was acting as if she felt that I didn't really want anything. everything I was asking about her answers were very short. She spoke about 10 seconds after I entered but nothing else. apparently didn't feel as if I didnt qualify to buy anything or just wasting her time, even though I had been preparing to spend a whole lot of money at the store. I had planned this purchase. When I asked about delivery she went to ask the other employee about after giving me another short answer and he just looked at her saying how the possibility was going to be no while having a crazy "not gonna happen" look on his face and looking directly at her. I was so frustrated and disappointed at the same by this visit that I vowed that I will never visit another Aaron's!!. Aaron's please please please consider investing more money into the training for your employees on great customer service because it several lacks this . As a small business owner myself, I pride myself on having great customer service and it benefits me greatly.

Vanessa the so-called manager is ridiculous, rude and unprofessional. Great customer service goes a long way and she never presented that. She even hung up the phone in my face and her demeanor was ugly!
