Whew it was a long visit. And it was a very good visit. From the reception to the tech taking X-rays to the dental assistant, hygienist, dentist, and office manager. I think I saw every skill set in the place.And that’s what made it so great. They were all nice and patient…always professional and kind.It was my first dental visit in nearly 2 years. They took care of my dental work and reviewed my treatment plan to ensure I understood my options.Very rewarding. My follow up is already scheduled.

I spent 2 hours out of my work day there for them not to do a cleaning. The staff is kind but sucks at communicating. The dental hygienist came to look at my gums and left me seated in the chair for I’m not sure how long. The doctor came in and looked at my teeth for less than a minute and said, “okay you’re good to go and schedule a cleaning.” I was confused because that’s what I thought I was there for. I was then seated in their back lounge (separate from the front waiting room) for a 2nd time confused as to why I was there since she said I had to schedule a cleaning. I walked to the front to pay what I owed and leave and turns out they just had me waiting for a consult. For what? Not sure but I definitely don’t want or need whatever it was they were trying to consult me on. I will not be coming back here.

I had a fantastic experience with Aspen. Everyone in the office was very nice and quick but also thorough. They explained to me what was going on and made me comfortable even when extracting a wisdom tooth. I definitely recommend them for all of your dental needs.

This is the worst place I have ever seen to get dentures.We went through the procedure for six months. Visit after visit after visit trying to get my wife’s dentures to fit properly. They still do not fit properly. We finally got tired and gave up. We paid $800 in advance and our insurance company paid for the rest. I got home today and I have a bill from them, three months after the fact for $694. Do not use them run far far away.

My appointment was at 3. I arrived at 2:50 and didn't get to the back for xrays until 3:48. No one came to tell me about my wait or anything until I asked and a young man by the name of Kwin assisted me! On top of that I paid a ridiculous amount of money to have my cleaning. I've never paid that much to Aspen or anyone for the same service. The young lady Vy tried to explain abt the payment but I was already so pissed and late to my son's senior meeting that it didn't matter. This is ridiculous! I left the Fayetteville Aspen office because of being unprofessional looks like I need to leave this one as well!
