After years of service with AT&T my phone out of the blue went obsolete on Internet service. After daily conversations with tech support and 2 more replacement phones for 2 weeks and 3 days the manager Jay at the Griffin store was the only one able to fix the problem. His patience and empathy was over the top! This man deserves a promotion and raise. Thank you Jay for all the time you spent and not giving up. I’ll definitely be upgrading in the near future and only with your help. God Bless You ?

If I could put a negative I would. I’ve went in two time and was cussed by the girl whom opened late and told me to leave and refused to give me order didn’t check id, gave my order to other people

I called shortly after obtaining mobile services from your company and they told me that there was a tower down, the rep told me that he put in a ticket to have it fix. This is the only reason I stayed with your company. Now I think he just told me that to get me to stay past the 30days and be responsbile for the phone, which y'all told me I am. When trying to get the transfer pin the rep refused to give it to me to keep my number by moving to Verizon. I had to go to the Verizon store to have them get everything to transfer my service. So all in all your company lied to me, got me stuck with phones to pay for that I can't use, made it difficult to move on from your company. This is why we are canceling all services even our internet and moving that next month. The whole experience was horrible and I would never recommend At&T to anyone for service. Not if they actual want to use their phones. I had a family plan and couldn't even call the people on the family plan and the internet goes in and out all the time and I work from home. Soon enough we will be rid of AT&T all together and thank GOD!

I recently purchased an iPad at this store. Two employees, Zhanna and Jay, went above and beyond in helping me in this process. Not only were they both friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, they took time to assist in helping me transfer all of my data from my old iPad to the new one. They are outstanding representations of what customer service should be! I cannot recommend this store and Zhanna and Jay more highly!

As soon as I walked in, a young man named Jay greeted me and made me feel at home. He seemed like a go getter as far as a business man. Great attitude and very polite. Give that guy a raise... thank you for the hospitality

Just really got the run around! Been fooling with this new phone for two days. They still have my account screw up! First phone was messed up and went to exchange, and they ended up giving me a cheaper phone, not even the same one I brought back. Didn't realize it, till i was leaving but after being in the store for two hours, I said screw it. Most likely, I will be getting rid of them soon!
