MR. WILL NEEDS TO PAY MORE ATTENTION when dealing with customers information!!!!!! I purchased a car piece that i needed that day but they were out of stock and needed to order it. I have no problem with that, HOWEVER not only did he put my info and warranty under the previous customers info!! (The part I ordered wasn’t pulling up under my info then upon checking my receipt it had another persons info.) He ordered the WRONG PART!!!!! I showed him the code that I got and told him the name of the car part I needed! Now I have to return the car part and wait ANOTHER DAY for what I need because WILL didn’t pay attention when dealing with me. CRANKSHAFT not CAMSHAFT! This completely threw off my schedule and the things I need to get done!!! All because WILL didn’t care enough to pay attention! I understand mistakes happen but this is not cool! The man with short hair, the cashier, was nice and tried to help me out, as well as the lady with the long pony tail. she was very sweet but WILL soured my experience with this store! I’M LIVID!!!!

Just did the math, and I've been to at least 6 different AutoZone locations in the last few years, and at least 9 auto parts stores overall -- and this location is my absolute favorite -- just incredibly helpful. (To be clear, none of the AutoZones I've been to are bad at all, but this one's just exceptional.)

yesterday i stopped at this auto zone after having tried to buy a battery and have it installed at griffin grease monkey AND the advance auto parts store on taylor street. advance said they could sell me the battery but i'd have to take it to a repair shop because they don't install batteries that they sell. similar problem at grease monkey. i went to auto zone and a young man named Brayden came outside, tested my battery and told me it was good and i didn't need a new one. he also told me that when i do need a battery, they will install it if i buy it there. this store is my go-to now for auto needs. no more grease monkey (dishonest) and no more advance auto (no customer service). thanks, Brayden!

I just left Auto Zone on the expressway in Griffin GA and I had the most awful experience. I took my things to the counter and noone was there so I said hello and no answer. There were two employees over on the commercial counter talking and one was eating yogurt his name is Patrick C according to his badge, so I walked over and asked if I could get checked out. Patrick C said I can get you checked out in a minute (and he held up his yogurt ) when I finish. So I said as the customer I have to wait until you finish eating before I can get checked out? So he said he works the commercial counter and there's a girl that works the other counter and she must be helping someone else. So I had a frown on my face because I was just done with his poor attitude and lack of customer service skills. He asked me what was the face for and I said it's because you are asking me to wait until you finish eating before I can get checked out. So I asked him what was the manager's name and what was the number to corporate. He said he was the commercial manager and he didn't know the number to corporate. I said ok Patrick C I got your number and I told him his customer service was awful and he needed to work on them. So I turned and I was leaving and he sarcastically said ma'am you have a nice day and I told him to have a nice day too. Needless to say I bought nothing and will never visit that store again.

I Love AutoZone because they are friendly and kind to females. This is the only auto parts place in Griffin that I will go to. I have been to O'Reilly and Advance and was disrespected at both after buying expensive parts. The employees at AutoZone take time with you, they will order the part if they don't have it, they will carry it to the car if it is too heavy, and they have pit my wipers on my car and tested my batteries. Female drive. Buy and own vehicles and the other part stores need to realize that and treat us with respect. I only like AutoZone and their associates, who go out thier way to satisfy thier customers.
