I have been with boa since I first opened an account and I am finally ready to ditch this bank. I hate to admit it but it is only because of their size and availability that I have even stayed with them this long. BTW…4 pm lobby times is a joke

I'm starting to regret being with this bank I've had money taken off my bank of America card when they should've verified with me ....I can never contact them through the phone this bank took my money to start my account now I'm trying to figure out why I cannot make an deposit or transfer and it's not showing in the system my account I've been calling every day morning till night and no answer I'm getting ready to call the sheriff's department the news and make a serious complaint and see if this can be investigated if I don't get an answer

I came here early and their was a person at the front her name is Ana and we came early to open a new account and she told us that they close at 4 and that to go to another Bank of America and there was no time, I don’t know how you guys have people that work like that, if you can’t do customer service then you should work with animals.

A joke of a financial institution!!!! Better of using Vinnie around the corner. Branches aware of issues, corporate aware of issues, yet no one is taking steps to correct the issues. Better off using any other bank or loan shark.

switching banks for all my businesses. everyone else is figuring out how to be open even if just drive thru during COVID except BOA. cant operate with all the branches near me closed.

I wish I could leave no stars. It has nothing to do with this branch in particular but the corporate is terrible. They keep your money from you and don't even care that you have bills to pay. I will be leaving ASAP. But they won't let me till my check that I deposited clears. No hospitality and the corporate manager has a very bad attitude and no cares. Everyone I know will know to never go to Bank of America. It's been a nightmare.
