“There are two handicap parking spaces and around 20 free parking spaces at this location. The building is in excellent shape. This bank use to be BB&T, but is now the Truist Bank in Griffin. The employees are friendly and extremely knowledgeable about bank products offered in this bank. There is an ATM located here and drive thru window. Overall, I am quite satisfied and pleased with the services offered at this bank.”
“Today, I had to visit this bank. Before going, I checked the reviews and honestly, I hesitated because there were many negative comments. However, due to the urgency of my work, I decided to go.
When I arrived, I was met with a completely different experience. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and attentive. Contrary to what the reviews suggested, I received excellent service. In particular, Ms. Sara was incredibly polite and patient with me, providing great assistance. I would like to express my gratitude to her once again.
