I've called this bank at least 5 times this month and left a message 3 times. I haven't had a response to one call ! It's december and I've had no access to my money. They have charged me overdraft fees that weren't even suppose to be there. They tried to charge me for a new card that they lost in the mail. I have nothing good to say about this company whatsoever ! Currently looking for a new bank !

i am currently a customer with truist in griffin as of right now 11/19/24 but thats going to change,they have ripped me off on a transaction that was taken from my account by them,i went into the branch,talked with Alyssa their about the transaction,she agreed they made a mistake,she called their fraud department,she talked with the lady on phone,lady said it would be 2 days to know something,i came back to the branch talked to Alyssa again,she said this time i needed to call them,so i did,they tell me they denied claim, i ask to talk to mgr,next day mgr called me,very nice lady want to add,i explain everything to her,she also agreed they took out payment to much,she said she will look into it,she called me back later that evening,told me she was still working on it,that she would call me next day,and i never heard from her again,so basicly,they ripped me off!! even when the mgr from that department and from the branch also agreed they shouldnt had taken money out of my account,sorry this is long,but everyone beware,do not bank with this place,they are crooks!!

All of your banks should be vaporized. It's your fault that you added the money in error! They should have taken the money and ran. If I ever see one of your banks in person, be prepared to find a new job. Because your banks will be useless once I'm done.

I have an account with this bank and 3 years now. Never seems to fail ever single time I come here the lady workers are being chatty Cathy with each other and completely ignore the customers and take so long with handling one customer because they are so busy chatting and laughing among themselves. I have walked out without getting what I needed done so many times because I simply could not waste anymore time waiting. This is very frustrating and completely rude customer service. I'm very tired of dealing with this ever single time I walk into this bank...

I just opened a bank account. The lady that helped was wonderful. There was no wait. And we were in and out quickly.Very clean and nice.

Was told I needed a Social Security card to open an account. You can open an account online though, makes zero sense. I've never needed a Social Security card to open an account in my life. Looks like FNB in Griffin will be getting another account of mine.

There are two handicap parking spaces and around 20 free parking spaces at this location. The building is in excellent shape. This bank use to be BB&T, but is now the Truist Bank in Griffin. The employees are friendly and extremely knowledgeable about bank products offered in this bank. There is an ATM located here and drive thru window. Overall, I am quite satisfied and pleased with the services offered at this bank.

I can never get anyone to answer the phone at this bank. No matter what day or time I call, no one ever picks up the phone. And their hours are not conducive to working customers

I live in Stockbridge and always come to this branch because they know how to treat their customers. I love it here, Amie and Alyssa are amazing. They deserve a raise!!! Lol. I’ll drive 30 mins plus to be serviced by them. Thank you everyone for the best banking services around. Let’s go Griffin!!!

BEWARE! Terrible customer service. They locked my card for "fraudulent activity" for food depot, where I've been shopping for over 10 years!!!! Stood there with my food for over 30 minutes for you all to do your freaking job!! They didn't text or call just completely locked my card from purchasing food!! Completely embarrassing!! Why in the world would you mark the grocery store I shop at as Fraudulent! They can't even connect you to the fraud department without disconnecting you, according to the staff? How is this banking? How? Still on hold trying to find out? I was on the phone for over 2 hours!! Thanks BB&T non banking.
