Graded on a sliding scale. It's Griffin... where else are you going to go to get nice clothes/last minute dress shirts for your kids? It's better than fighting through the aisles at Marshall's. Ross? Have you ever gotten what you needed at Ross? I'll go in there looking for something and leave with Halloween decorations in January and a pile of some weird chocolate bars from Latvia or something. Sock shoppe? Sure, for socks and whatnot. But Belk (or Belks if ya nasty) is the best place this side of McDonough. They've always got sales, its generally quiet and you'll come out looking like you've got monograms on everything you own.

Today was the worst lack of customer service that I have ever experienced in a Belk after walking around for several minutes I selected my items that I wanted to purchase. I walked by a cashier several times that had a couple people in line after circling back around she only had one person in line.
After standing there for a few minutes, she an older Caucasian woman looked up at me did not greet me and said you could check out in cosmetics. Poor customer service very poor and unacceptable. I put my items down that I had selected and I left out of the store.

I went here to get very conservative clothes for a trip abroad and was not disappointed. Everyone in the store was 65+ years old and the fashion fit that stereotype.

it's a nice store, but I rarely find clothing that is suitable. Most of the clothing for larger than average women is dumpy and boring.

AC isn't working! It is unbearable to shop there. Trying on clothes is even worse! I feel for the employees having to work in such conditions!

I probably won't be doing much shopping at Belk anymore. I am a handicapped person and they have no handicap type cards for people like me. Only one wheelchair and that don't really do much good because you can't get in between any of the Isles to look at the clothes so thumbs down to you Belk for not accommodating people that used to spend thousands of dollars in your store every year. Like I said probably won't be doing any shopping there anymore. Unless things changed

I Love Belk, but the store in Griffin has one of the worst employees I have ever seen, she is very rude and won't help with a thing. I have decided to take my business to Macon.

I encountered unprofessional assistant manager (Mary). After picking out items to try on,I walked to the dressing room.There wasn’t a store rep working in the dressing room. While trying on items, coincidentally I overhear Mary discussing me with someone. Mind you there wasn’t a store rep in the dressing room . I felt really uncomfortable. Did you think I was going to steal? All I was wearing was small fanny pack crossbag. why are you keeping tabs on me? Why are you discussing me ?Once I left out the dressing room, I asked her why am I the topic of discussion?.She acted so dumbfounded and talking on her cell phone..I planned on purchasing all the items I had but due the experience I decided not to. Once I left she stopped working in the dressing room. I usually shop at Fayetteville location and always have a great experience.
