Extremely horrible service . Was denied service simply for asking a question about warranty . I completely understand you can’t expect much from an auto salvage but simply speaking to your customers with some form of respect would be nice .

Dont buy from this place i bought a transmission 36 days ago paid $350 for it i was told it works nothing was wrong with it well i got sick after the day i got the transmission so it sat in my house for 3 weeks because i was sick in the hospital.. the 4 week i installed it in my truck with new fluid and filter i only had a 30 day warranty it sat in my house for 3 weeks ,the transmission i got from Bobs salvage its not working it slips in 2nd gear and in reverse i am getting a code po733 and a po732 gear ratio incorrect shifter solenoid malfunctioning the transmission it is no good i cant drive my truck i have to get another transmission and i am out of $350 Dont buy from this place i know if i call them and tell what happen they will not do anything so i am leaving this Warning DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE i was told by bob's it works its a good transmission and its not ITS A BAD TRANSMISSION ...i will never buy from this place again,, now am out of $350 and no transmission stay away from this place ,,,,,

Rude customer service. The guy behind the counter was too busy on the computer to notice that I walked in the door. I would avoid this so called junk yard. Prices were ridiculously overpriced for a rusty part for my truck.

Live an hour and a half called about a fender. Asked for picture before i make the drive there. He said he couldnt take a picture and thanked me for my time and hung up. Rude service.
