If you need to do anything besides pay a bill don't go here unless a manager is available. Regular guy can't do anything without the managers permission. And manager is not available for a few days??!?! Ot even by phone. Don't ask questions about anything because he doesn't know the answer. Maybe he needs the manager to answer for him as well!??!? Very poor quality customer service. Disappointed.

Mr. Elijah gave me the best customer service I ever received at any cricket store. I was in the store looking to change my provider from. He was able to port over my number ! He was able to hook me up with a new iPhone. As well an extra charger and case for my new iPhone! I really hope management treat this guy right because people like him you just come across often ! 10/10 service. Message to management.. Give this Guy a raise! He’s worth and what he brings in the business word is rare ! If I was employer I would have gave him an offer on the spot just based off our interaction !

Store was clean. A very nice associate named Brooklyn helped me upgrade and replace my device which I desperately needed. Excellent service. She did a great job applying the screen cover and helping me choose a case. 5 stars.

First off to say I have been to a lot of cell phone stores and it's usually a grooling process but kera made my experience at cricket painless she was very sweet an most importantly informative I greatly appreciate her and her team at cricket! She was great and will totally recommend kera and her team at cricket wireless!!!#cricketteer

Ive nevet had better customer service by Kera. She not only helped me switch from tmobile butshe helped me get into my email account to restore all my pictures and numbers. My phone was smashed and i thought all was lost but kera saved me. Thank you kera

I had a great experience at this location switching carriers. Brooklyn is the absolute best with her customer service & her knowledge on the phones/plans. She goes above and beyond to make your experience as smoothly as possible!Had the pleasure of meeting Jimmy as well! Overall fantastic pleasure doing business here!

Brooklyn M is the Best! She’s not the average because she goes above and beyond with her thinking. I visited one location seeking help (no result). Also I called 1800 cricket (no result) drove to Griffin from McDonough ga. sharing the same story and Problem Solved. Thanks to the above average Thinker (Brooklyn M).
