They falttin 2 of my tires on my riding lawn mower and bent my hood I seen them using other people's tools to try and fix mine and I seen them using people's lawn mowers to push other people's riding lawn mowers they don't take care of your pawned items beware of e pawn if you value your items.

This place has the worst customer service; this was my first time at a pawn shop, and the poor guy was nonchalant. He leaned over the counter and didn't greet us, and after I walked up to him, he asked me questions; I didn't know the answer because my husband purchased the item, and he just said No.
It's okay to say no, but he didn't give me a reason and was rude while still leaning over the counter.
Worst Pawn shop experience.

I was humiliated and very upset as I went to get my pawn out and I was one day late so they tried charging me an extra .9.25 I would have been on time
Except for the fact of my husband dying kind of threw everything in a loop

Walked in looking a new local pawnshop to be a customer of and noticed a pure water filter new in the box that I decided to buy. Drove across the street to sonic while in the drive through realized that the product did not filter fluoride! I returned to the store where the gentleman that checked me out looked at the still unopened product and said no we don’t do refunds… I asked, really? He then exclaimed, “Yes. Imagine buying a product that was opened and did not perform as was promised…or if they have any return policy at all. Well I’m happy to review my personal experience and hope that my experience and truthful review will give customers an overview that will make them aware of what to expect as a new 1st time customer with no attitude or negative dialogue with the sales person this Saturday. I usually spend 100,000$+ at pawnshops that carry firearms each year but they lost out on that opportunity over 10 measly dollars.

How this place stays open blows my mind. They want new retail prices for most of the used equipment in their PAWN shop. They obviously can’t be selling anything. I’ve watched largely overpriced items in their inventory sit for 6 months to a year. Don’t even get me started on the rude employees and terrible customer service.

Amazing people work here. I would highly recommend purchasing and pawning anything through Sam’s pawn shop! They are a great business who treat people with kindness, professionalism, and a caring attitude.

Worst pawn shop I've been to, they underpaying for guns will only offer about 20 percent of what the item goes for even if it is in good condition then turn around and sell it for triple that. White lady behind counter acts like she is God's gift to earth.
