We love Famous Footwear we ship there a couple times a year for kids shoes and adult shoes.

I took my daughter here for back to school shoe shopping a few weeks ago. The employees were pleasant and helpful. Corporate please get the AC working properly if not for your customers, do it for the employees that have to work there. I feel terrible for them. It was uncomfortably warm the hour we spent in the store.

They actually were very helpful when I had a return and couldn't find paper receipt.
