My package was stated that it haven’t reached its destination in the allotted ime given but when I returned to FedEx onsite they proved them wrong , they pulled out every stop to proved it was received and signed for even showing the signature of the person who did.

The address was wrong & they called me to correct the mistake & made sure I got my package. Excellent service.
