I found this company info on yellow pages and Google both. They were responsive and willing to give a free estimate unlike many companies. I would had probably very likely had used if I didn't find a charity that aids those in financial need.Full Service have been responsive and professional the entire time.

I was referred by Waller and Sons Well. I had my pipe burst from my well to my home. My yard was bubbling up water. They were extremely nice to work with. I received a return call within a few hours and before I got home they had already found the leak. The guys that came out were very professional and respectful. Ms. Trina was very professional and did a great job communicating with me. I had a great experience and will definitely use again (I saved their number in my phone). The end cost was phenomenal, I am in the service industry, and the cost was well below what I had expected. Definitely a great company to work with.

My mom had a terrible experience with this place. She called them due to her heat not working and they told her they would come out last Friday. She waited at home all day and they never showed up. When she called yesterday, Monday, they told her they could come out today between 11 and 12. They called at 12 and said they were running late. Then they called at 2:00 saying the technician was leaving Barnesville and was on his way. It is 4:25 and still no show. I called and the lady said the technician left the office 10 minutes ago. The office staff have been very unprofessional in their service manner. My mom watches my son while I work and I had to take off last Friday and now today to ensure she has heat for when she watches my son and this happens. I am highly disappointed with their service.

Not only have I used Full Service at my place of business, I have also used them for my personal needs at my home. Full service offers a professional service with an 'at home, family feel'. I have had to call them after business hours and with no questions asked, they showed up to fix the problem. My original issues at work were heating and air, however, I now use them for plumbing, electrical and other services provided by them. Professional service at it's best. Special thanks to Savannah for always helping us out!!!
Just an added opinion to Don's review below. I find it hard to believe that your problem was not fixed. I have had an issue and they came out immediately and fixed it to my satisfaction. That truly does not seem to be factual. The owner is willing to talk to you. If it were a real client, I would think that the owner would have honored and backed up his service.
I have been using them and am extremely satisfied.

We have had three visits in a month and our air conditioner is still not working. The most recent visit had the air conditioner working for only one day. This was after waiting a week for someone to come.
