Long wait, bad conversations, bad hair cut. Always

Waited 2 hours for stylist who then went to lunch.
Finally a young man ended up cutting some of my hair then he asked another stylist to assist him.
After she finished assisting him I found my hair uneven as well as chopped up.
I do not recommend this location.
I am very dissatisfied and will not return.

Got there greeted then waited 15 min 4 employees not one asked if I checked in once someone came in and checked in before me it's time too go 😥 0 customer service

The Griffin Ga location is a Joke, it simple states that they close at 5:00 on Sunday and sign in online was not available But walk ins are welcome and mind you I called and was told they close at 5:00 and nothing was said about taking the last singin at 4:00 I should up at 4:35 and the lady was wasting time standing at the counter to turn me away instead of cutting someone's hair telling me there was 6 people in line but 25 minutes before they close well there wasn't 6 people in the waiting area first of all and second of all there was 3 workers and if they are not standing around guarding the door and worrying about how many people are on the list they could possibly get done in time with an additional person signing in If the line is full then the cut off time should be posted online and it should not say walk ins welcome bottom line and when someone calls and asks what time you close Don't tell them 5 if you won't take someone 25 minutes before you close tell them if you can't sign in or walk in before 3:45 don't waste your time It's ok though I will Not come back to this location again and neither will my husband we will be happy to go to the Locust Grove, or McDonough location instead so Thank You for Nothing at all!!

If I could give them a 0 I would. They’re the slowest and most inexperienced great clips I’ve ever been in. Not to mention, they’ll turn away your special needs children who can’t sit like a statue. DO NOT recommend.
