Whatever you do, do NOT use the custom kitchen cabinet design and installation services. Easy financing yes. Long and slow process to final installation. We have payments due now and not a cabinet in sight. Get your own financing and hire a competent contractor on your own. This spur of the moment purchase was a bad decision. Having a great, 800+, credit score can make purchases too easy at times and you can regret them. Kitchen had been in a demolition state for a month now. Cabinets at the small truck delivery service in Birmingham as of yesterday. Delivery for Aug 4th. Why the cabinets come from a factory in GA, to a delivery service in Birmingham AL, then back to GA is beyond my logic. I could have picked them up myself if they came from the Jackson GA American Woodmark plant. No complaints about the contractor so far, he just came and verified measurements. Nice guy. It is the PROCESS that is messed up. We started the process on April 16th 2022 by signing the loan papers. July 29 and still no cabinets. Hello? Anyone there? Oh, it was for more than quoted also when we got the loan payment paper work from Green Sky. First Payment due Aug 8th

well home depot you let me down 2 weeks in a row I ordered appliances all were in stock when we purchased them the day before delivery I called to get a time of arrival and was told my ordered was cancelled because the refrigerator was not in stock so we separated the orders so I could get 3 out of the 4 delivered today well they came and the first thing we were told they dropped the dishwasher off the back of the truck did we still want it of course we said no so I called customer service was hung up on then I called the store on jonesboro road in mcdonough and spoke to manager Jeremiah was told we would have to wait for a call maybe Tuesday or Wednesday to get another delivery date for the dishwasher he said I can compensate you on the dishwasher never said how much but could not on the refrigerator they now cannot get until may 2nd this is unbelievable not at all about taken care of the customer may I say we with there 2 days in a row because no one was around to assist on the first day the 2nd day there was a group parading around the store being all loud could barely hear to place our order with Ken he was great by the way cannot say much about the others we will never buy anymore appliances from home depot terrible service

We went to buy brown mulch on sale and ask the garden department loader to put it in the truck. Shitlarenta said well SINCE YOU AINT DOING NOTHING WHY DONT YOU GO& PAY FOR THIS MULCH I'm loading. THAT COMMENT WAS JUST OUT OF PLACE , I guess she had a bad attitude because I didn't help load the bags. On The day before I had rotator cuff surgery, bicep surgery and tendons repaired. I understand you don't know everything about a person. She was rude and we left and went to a competitor to buy our hardware. If you don't like a job find something you do like.

Several home depot clerks offered help in finding what I needed. They were very attentive this visit. I saw many of them stocking shelves and helping others.

Got a fairly good deal on twin pack Milwaukee 3ah batteries but had to wait a good while for a employee to take the lock off of them to be able to take to register. As usual it seems like they could use some help or employees that aren't hiding somewhere.

I came in to have Gail design my kitchen cabinets. She was very unprofessional, she texting, making calls and talking to other reps on the phone. I was about to walk out and she apologized so I sat back down. I return a week later to have Gail finish my design since she rushed me off because her shift ended. When I returned she couldn't find my stuff, she shifted through her junky and unorganized drawer for 10-15 minutes to find my stuff. After spending an hour with her I told her I would come back to place my order but before I left I reported her unprofessionalism to the assistant manager Arlene who stated she would coach her. I went back to the Griffin location to place my order but I couldn't because Gail never input my information in to the system (yet again). Her manager Arlene said "I understand your frustration I would be beyond hot". Then Arlene decided to raise her voice at me when expressing my frustration, referred me to Lovejoy and was unwilling to assist me in getting my order placed. When I asked her if she spoke to Gail she stated yes but didn't coach her to putting customers information in the system. Refused to give me her managers information, refused to give me the district managers information and was unapologetically rude. The worst service I ever received from a Home Depot. Griffins Home Depot is unprofessional and rude. Don't shop there!!!!!

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life!!! They never delivered an gas range that was ordered over 3 weeks ago, now we have to go pick it up and haul away the old one. Should have gone to Lowe’s or brandsmart.

I don't even know how many stars to give, the lady who helped us was amazing. But the truth in advertising makes me sad. We went to Lowes. Where we get a 10% discount for being military , but to find a single person to help is was impossible. We ended up going to Home Depot and was blessed to find someone to help us who was amazing !!! My complaint is there are photos every where saying what the military discount is, but we weren't given it.... we were told on our 4000 purchase we got a 50 discount

1/7/2020 time from my receipt 5:41 pm I didn't catch the name of the young gal working the paint department, but she's terrific! She deserves a huge raise, but probably won't get one! A good employee can make or break a business & she has obviously taken business from Lowes across the street &, now, from Home Depot in Thomaston! I shouldn't have to go to 3 home improvement stores to get help in 1 paint department, but there you have it! When I first arrived, the paint department was CROWDED & I can see why! It's so hard to get good help these days! And when you finally find someone competent to help, you want to stick with them! This gal was really hustling & multitasking too, helping more than one customer at a time. I let her know I would be needing paint, but could see that she was busy, so I would run to the restroom while I was waiting. (Yuck, the restroom could use some help, but I'll stick with 5 stars for now, so happy I am at finding a store that doesn't have half the employees acting like donkeys - ahem.) Boy howdy, she took my paint order no fuss, no muss & got right to it. Fortunately for me I was already familiar with the product lines I was ordering & didn't have any questions. While I was at this location, I also interacted with a nice gal at the customer service desk who helped me pull up the Home Depot website on the computer & a nice gal at the self-checkout who helped me enter the price of a clearance item. Three employees & not one bad attitude! Who'd a thunk it?
