“Best service ever in a Home Depot. Friday night, looking to purchase pre-built cabinets and the Queen of Home Depot employees shows up to help. I do mean Queen!! Michelle in the Griffin, GA cabinet department assisted in every way to insure I was meeting all my requirements including spline, etc. Great job Michelle!”

We came in for keys to be made. He announced over the PA that assistance was needed at the key machine. Instead of waiting for someone in the department, he immediately came over and made them himself (to keep us from waiting). Then he walked us to each department to show us and answer our questions for other things for our shop.
Great customer service, AJ! The way I remember Arthur Blank teaching customer service as an example years ago as he walked my father and I through a store while I was home on military leave. Great service and attitude, AJ!”
“Took a friend today to look for an over the stove microwave. Alex (guy with a cool beard) our sales associate was extremely helpful, professional, and very nice. My friend and I both feel that Alex is an asset to your company. A nice helpful guy is a big plus these days! He even loaded the microwave into my truck. This store is well stocked too, without clutter in the isles.”

“This was a really nice place, with fair priced items. The halloween decorations were a nice touch, but my only issue would be that the area was absolutely filled with dust and dirt- Which I understand, it's a place filled with old and used items/houseware/furniture/etc. It just triggered my asthma and allergies, so heads up that if you have those and aren't doing so already, I'd recommend wearing a mask while you browse.”
