Ordered delivery. 3 hours after promise time, still nothing. At 2 hour mark, they said 30 more minutes. No progress. Finally they come back and ask if 11 pm will work...lol

Got a coupon to get $50 on my Kroger plus account if I switch a prescription. But Betty makes sure to fight hard for Kroger to keep their $50. After another associate told me I just had to switch over my prescription from Publix and bring my coupon, when it came time to redeem my coupon Betty refuses to honor it because the refill count on my prescription is different than what I've gotten previously so "technically" they cannot honor it. She refused to just scan the coupon and instead really wanted to fight me on it. Congrats Betty on fighting so hard for a corporation that would throw you to the wolves in a heartbeat. I'm taking my prescription back to Publix where they have decent service. Also, had to stand in super long lines for her to just argue with me. Was such a nice welcome as a new customer to Kroger pharmacy.

Not really going to support any store that is anti-American. Just being honest. have no problem with cultural diversity or any of that stuff, but when you hate our great nation.. there are quite a few other grocery chains and y'all's prices aren't really any better.

Nobody usually bothers me here, but today I got "the treatment" (being treated like a shoplifter). Had two different "customers" come up to me & ask me about items in my cart - OK could be "friendly" people, but Griffin is not known for "friendly" people & especially at the Kroger of all places. So Idk it just seemed weird & contrived. Then in self-checkout the attendant: "Just had to come over & see the goodies in my cart." Really? She's asking questions about ingredients in the protein bars I was purchasing (brands I trust from previous experience - I don't memorize the ingredients!). Anyway, one of my pet shopping peeves is having "help" forced upon me in self-checkout when I didn't request it & especially when they think they're just going to stand there & stare over my shoulder while I do all the work that cashiers used to get paid to do. (How about a small discount for going through self-checkout? Then the extra added aggravation will be easier to bear.) But now I'm trying to figure out what triggered it? I just came from the gym, so I was wearing tight-ish (Lycra spandex) workout clothes & we (my coach & I) were testing out doing certain lifts in my stocking feet instead of wearing shoes (you can do that in powerlifting), so I was wearing socks with my slides which I'm sure looks all kinds of trailer trashy, but looks can be deceiving. I hope it doesn't happen again.

I was denied my groceries because my ebt card has a small crack in it. I spent an hour and a half shopping one Monday evening trying to digital coupon budgeting the best I can. And when cashing out because my card would not swipe they would not punch my # in I had my iD but know the rude lady said no. I begged her please I need my groceries she was short rude and embarrassed me!!! I had to go home and did not eat that night so upset!!!!!

The local stores should update their website when they close for maintenance from midnight until 7 a.m. Very disappointed in my favorite grocery store. And I'm not the only one. At least 20 or more people have come and gone while I'm writing this review

Pharmacy is slow and inefficient. As a team they are terrible at communicating. And they treat their elderly customers like crap. I was a pharmacy tech for five years turned pediatric nurse so I get the busy aspect but at least treat people with respect and decency. It’s not hard. And keep your customers in mind when you are timing and checking prescriptions. We don’t want to spend all day here.
