If you are in need of a God pharmacy this one is not it. They have always treated me like a outsider just because my debilitating neurological disorder treatment requires narcissistic. I'm profiled every time I woke up to that counter. I feel that they are biased and racist in words they don't care for their customers. I have to drive 27 Mi just to go to a different Kroger they had no problem filling my prescriptions. So do yourself a favor and stay away from this Pharmacy especially if you are Hispanic.

Never have my prescriptions on time..always the truck or this or that...no accountability at this location ..fire them all and start over....sad as a late stage cancer survivor and this is the standard shame on Kroger.

I need to change which Kroger my families prescriptions went to. I thought for sure it was going to be a long process and hold up the line. The lady at the desk was so nice and patient and help me get everything changed over.

Pharmacy is absolutely awful. They say one thing on the app, one thing in person, they don't answer the phones when you call. Awful

The pharmacists and employees have turned this into one of the best and most reliable chain pharmacies in Griffin. I had a bad experience a year or two ago, but they have REALLY worked hard to turn things around. The drive through and inside line flows smooth and the employees give great customer service.Would recommend this pharmacy to anyone who may be looking for a new one!

Got a coupon to get $50 on my Kroger plus account if I switch a prescription. But Betty makes sure to fight hard for Kroger to keep their $50. After another associate told me I just had to switch over my prescription from Publix and bring my coupon, when it came time to redeem my coupon Betty refuses to honor it because the refill count on my prescription is different than what I’ve gotten previously so “technically” they cannot honor it. She refused to just scan the coupon and instead really wanted to fight me on it. Congrats Betty on fighting so hard for a corporation. I’m taking my prescription back to Publix where they have decent service. Also, had to stand in super long lines for her to just argue with me. Was such a nice welcome as a new customer to Kroger pharmacy.

I would strongly discourage any person that does not already have prescriptions filled at the Griffin Georgia Kroger pharmacy from having an urgent prescription sent there. I was told that I would have to come back that night to pick up the prescription. No reason for that was given. I was also told that I could not wait in the waiting area until night. I was told that I had to leave and come back. The fact that my car's fuel gauge was on empty and that I would not be able to come back did not matter to them. I have a relative that works at a Kroger store. The topic of the Griffin Kroger came up on Thanksgiving Day. She made the remark that that store gets a lot of complaints compared to other Kroger stores in this part of the state. My sister who does all of her grocery shopping at the Griffin Kroger refuses to use their pharmacy for her prescriptions. Do yourself a favor if you have an urgent prescription that you must begin taking right away and have it sent to some other pharmacy. The doctor that wrote the prescription called Kroger and had the prescriptions she had called in cancelled and then called them into another pharmacy. That pharmacy was able to have my prescriptions ready for pickup in just one hour.

Are you people that stupid? Its pretty obvious you have never worked in retail. Im a store manager and I know how hard it is to find people to work.
