Took a friend today to look for an over the stove microwave. Alex (guy with a cool beard) our sales associate was extremely helpful, professional, and very nice. My friend and I both feel that Alex is an asset to your company. A nice helpful guy is a big plus these days! He even loaded the microwave into my truck. This store is well stocked too, without clutter in the isles.

One Star is being gracious. This location deserves NEGATIVE 5 Stars. They're 3rd party delivery service Spirit is a JOKE! They delivered my new fridge to my home on Monday, took apart my old fridge put on their truck then COULDN'T get the New Fridge in my home. Leaving me and my special needs child without a refrigerator!! They also broke my door frame. When I called Spirit to advise what their delivery drivers did, all they said was we can have someone at your home in 2 days "on Wed to pick it up since it doesn't fit! Wednesday no one came & when I called they didn't have me on schedule!! On Tues I went to Home Depot across from Lowes and purchased a new fridge. When I advised the Manager what Lowes did they GAVE ME a Free Fridge to put in my house while I waited on my new frideg!!! I AM A HOME DEPOT CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!! ALSO Tracy Lowes store Manager your Customer Service is pittiful.

Ask 3 people to get help in appliances with no one showing up for 20 minutes so asked tge 4th girl for a Manger who was outside with 2 other employees claimed he was helping a customer. My husband was outside and watched them playing on a forklift. Waiting another 20 minutes while manager disappeared into back and never came back.

I came to buy a refrigerator today, also a screen for my hood oven, when I walked up to the appliances I had the type of screen I needed, a girl her name was Keys saw the screen and said oh those are on isle on the right side, I said I’m here to buy a appliance, I looked and saw a fine gentleman named Alan. He ordered my kenmore refrigerator, while he was on the computer Keys was just standing there, I said miss could you please go get me the screen since you know where it is while I wait, she said no, I was really surprised at her remarks, Alan went and got what I needed after he took my payment, I think she should go back to training on what good customer service is

I purchased a DIY outbuilding from Lowe’s and when it arrived, we found that it was molded, rotted, and falling apart. No problem I thought… I can take it back. So we loaded it up on the trailer and took it to our local Griffin store. Upon examination by a couple of people, they went and called a manager who refused to offload it and refused to allow me to return it to the Lowe’s store in Griffin. He didn’t even understand or know anything about this particular item even though it is sold at Lowe’s and on their website. he told me that I would have to take it back to where I got it. But I ordered it through Lowe’s and Fayetteville and it came from another place. Like an online order. So there I was, strapped for time and needing help, but I could not find it at the local store in Griffin. I was told that if I were a member of the NDP that he would have to take it back. But that’s not true either. If they reached the purchased and it is within the time limit for Lowe’s to return it. But he refused and told me I had to take it to Fayetteville. So I went to Fayetteville today and returned it. They told me that the store manager Griffin was incorrect. That I could have taken it back to any Store for a full refund. What a waste of time. Very disappointed is the manager of the Griffin loves. He was rude, gave me miss information, and did not provide any customer service. Honestly, it was just one big runaround. This entire shipment should have never left a Lowe’s store. They shipped it rotted and molded. Between the product and the lack of customer service in Griffin by the store manager. I am greatly disappointed in the total experience. The Fayetteville store took the product back, however they did not reimburse me for the delivery fee of $80.

Went inside bought 8 rail road ties. Asked cashier to call for a forklift driver. Waited 25 mins. Two employees parked a forklift down from us. Asked for their help loading the rail road ties. They responded we are gonna have to wait because they are busy pulling a call order. No problem will keep waiting. Two different other employees come out and ask said forklift driver (Jamie) to load the rail road ties. He proceeded to say he won’t be helping us load them. Due to this order he is pulling! At this point 45 mins has went by and me and my employees start to load them ourself. During this process. We are loading onto a bed that’s 5FT in the air. My employe was injured during this. So I’ll be taken further actions against Lowe’s. Since the driver of the lift wanted to sit there on the lift and just watch us! I went inside to exchange a life time warranty shovel. At the same time purchased 4 new rakes and one new shovel for my crew. Tried to speak to a store manager. Who was Not available. So they gave me a customer service rep. Who did offer us 10% off the shovels and said he would be handling the issue. I pay for the shovels. Then the lady processed to tell me she gave me 20% off but as you can see on this receipt. That’s not the case paid full price. Which I was not even about to argue with her over it. My arm was injured as well and I was just ready to be out of there. Gonna be passing this along to my lawyer for further investigation into this company.
I will be calling tomorrow to give Lowe’s a chance to make this right.

Hey Lowes, "pro tip" if you have a customer struggling between products walking around the same area for 20 min, maybe, just maybe, help him! I couldn't find an associate to save my life, but guess who found me? You're not so subtle loss prevention guy??. So you see someone looking up his own reviews, trying to find out what best suits his needs, and instead of helping to make my whole shopping experience easier, you send loss prevention to make sure I'm not stealing! Just garbage customer service.
