I got my nails done on Sunday. It's Wednesday and my the gel polish is already chipping. The fill in is already starting to chip off. He didn't even cover my entire nails with the gel top coat. It seemed the guy that did my nails may have been new. I spent over $120 and they're already looking bad. The lady that did my pedicure did a great job. I'm not happy with my nails at all.

I am so happy on how my nails came out! Tony was EXCELLENT! He comes highly recommended so I had to try. The salon is clean, organized, and relaxing. The pedi was perfect and my nails are phenomenal! I'll be back!

Very Very disappointed in the service and in the lack of respect for my friend and myself. We were greeted promptly but once seated for our pedicure it went totally downhill. The girls giving us the pedicure were talking and laughing about us and the pedicure lasted maybe 10 mins and it was finished. My toes look like they were done by a 5 year old. Polish on my toes, one nail had so much polish on it that after sitting for about 20 mins under the dryer it still wasn't dry and it's all messed up. Looks terrible!!
I will not be returning to this salon, ever!!

Horrible customer service!!! It must be due to the location, being a small rural town. I was looking for an alternative to avoid driving over an hour to my main nail salon, where my tech is on vacay. However, after this brief experience, I will continue to drive over an hour, where my business will be appreciated.
Upon walking in, the feeling from staff and current customers, was annoyance. Apparently, were bothered that someone still came in during business hours. I was only coming in for a simple gel pedicure and it was an hour before they closed. There were two people waiting as well. Yet they still asked what I wanted done.
If you do not want to take any more customers, within an hour, or at whatever particular time before closing, you should turn off your open sign, one should also adjust your business hours to reflect the time that SERVICES will no longer be rendered, and may even perhaps lock the door, and let each customer out as they are finished, idk.
The staff instead asked, what service I wanted, only to look around and state you are fully booked for the day, the time you close, and after I have sat down. Don’t waste someone’s time, just simply tell any customers that come in the door you are fully booked. I’m well aware of what time they close. I looked them up ahead of time and the hours are on the door as well. I didn’t need to be told about closing, I’m not illiterate.
Serves myself right for coming to this nail shop in this area. Some things are better left to be completed in the city. I will continue to drive into the city where my business is Greatly appreciated. I am a person who regularly gets their nails and pedicures done every two weeks like clockwork. My avg bill is always over $120 before tipping. My main Nail Tech just happened to be out of town when I called in, which led me to Looking for an alternative. Waste of time and I will NOT come back under any circumstances.
They don’t value YOU, you are just a dollar sign to them; however, I wonder how How much $$$$ Would be made we actually cared more about customer service and where we spend OUR money, Rather than settling just to get your nails done because of convenience. We ARE the number one consumers in this line of work. There’s a reason there’s a salon like every mile.
They are taking advantage of the people in the area who do not wish to drive far Or whatever their reasons are, BUT I will gladly go to place where I won’t be treated as just a number. My main salon, knows myself by face and my name. You’ve been warned.

This is a fantastic salon. Tony makes my nails look perfect every time. I recommend you try the pedicure with hot stones massage by Krystal. The ambiance is super relaxing and the staff is so kind!
Cleanliness: The tools that they use are sterile and they use liners for pedicures.
