This PepBoys is the best Pep Boys! The people were super fast, kind and got me in and out within 30 minutes. I’ve been trying to get my oil change for months and couldn’t find a good mechanic, but these guys made sure I was comfortable and got me taken care of. I’ve definitely will go back.

Had our ac compressor entirely replaced here in 22, it’s now 24 and we took our car elsewhere after our ac went out again. The new place confirmed the entire compressor previously installed fell apart and shredded everything within our ac unit! We spent $2k in 2022 here and now are having to spend that much once more less than 2 years later! Called to talk and they refuse to take accountability. It’s excuse after excuse!

I took my car to get an oil change. Before I dropped it off, my car was not leaking oil at all and I was not contacted with any updates. When I came to get my car, they told me that upon arrival, my car was leaking oil and that I needed to have my oil pan replaced because it was missing threads. If it was missing threads, they should have called me right away before adding more oil. There is 100% no way that my car was leaking oil before I arrived. I park on a concrete driveway every single day and there were no oil spots until I got back home from my oil change.

Went for an oil change and was told that “ other stuff” needs to be fixed.
Left and immediately started having issues. Come to find out that the oil was drained but not refilled fully ( drained 1.5 QT vs 5 ,instead the oil was added to the transmission fluid.
Ended up with repair costs on a car that had no prior issues.
Oil was thick and black. Transmission fluid was as well. Needed multiple flushes.
Definitely not returning !

If I could give them less than a one star I would. I have never been so insulted or disrespected in my life. I will never go here, buy things from here, or refer them to anyone. I cried for two hours after getting off the phone with these people.

Will definitely return! When I had an emergency and could not make my appointment, JD was super flexible and fit me in later in the day. They did my oil change super quick and I even watched them take great care of other customers.

Went there Sunday after having a flat tire after church and was told it would be 27+ for a patch and a plug kit and then when I got there I was told my tire was not repairable that my sidewall was busted. And told me they had 278.00 tire I could buy which is ridiculous. I went today to purchase a new tire elsewhere and they said my tire was pluggable and had good tread and didn't need a new tire.. I think your employee Brandon doesn't care too much for his job or customers... might want to check into him a little.. I would not suggest anyone going to this tire shop

Last time I brought my car here it was a great experience. This time their computers had been down for a week upon making my appointment. I was never notified online or anything about this. I show up with my car on a tow truck to find out theirs nothing they can do on monday. Now my car has been sitting up there for days non operable and I cant get anyone on the phone. Will change to a better review after this is resolved. Currently trying to call and getting no response for over 2 hours

We needed new brakes and rotors.After inspection needed calibers too. They worked to get us the lowest price possible. We really appreciated it. Would recommend pep boys to family and friends
